Has anyone seen that old movie "Heena?" I guess they have borrowed the plot from that. In that Rishi Kapoor's character "floats" to Pakistan, after an accident and is found by the family of Heena. He looses his memory, and does not recall anything about who he is. When he was unconscious he says the name "Chand" which is what he used to call his fiancee Chandani. The village people think his name is Chand and start calling him that!
I dont remember what his real name was or anything. But the village girl Heena falls in love with him and he even consents to marry her, as he doesn't know who he is! Maybe the same thing will happen with Sanam as well! So this Varun Toorkey's character might be someone like Heena who falls in love with Sanam, not knowing she is already married! I bet Sanam looses her memory too, and as she is coming to she says "Seher" and they think her name is Seher!
I bet that is what will happen now! Very original Gul! Lets hope they dont copy the story totally but just get "inspired" by it! LOL
