I understand its a fiction show, but still it have to have some logic...
Bhopal is in MP center part of india, and Pakistan is on the western side
There is no water around Bhopal, apart from some lakes
Now it will be interesting to know which lake of Bhopal flows to Pakistan...

Am glad you made this post. I was googling for the sea.
May be they mistook the big lakes for ocean or they are talking about some subterranean river system that connects Bhopal to Pakistan.
May be we got to wait to see how Sanam floats over the water.
Land route seems the logical one but then in QH we have to suspend our reasoning to enjoy/endure the drama/trauma.

The lake has a subterranean route to a river.
The river flows to the sea/ocean.
And through ocean one can reach anywhere.

p.s. Am sure the new writer were not given the current location of QH for writing mind blogging twists

The new writer might be busy reading up Witchcraft 101 and other mind games.

Maybe Aahil doesn't live in Bhopal anymore... the house magically flew like Dorothy's house to Oz.

maybe Sanam falls into the sea, but is washed up ashore and found by people . She wakes up and doesn't remember anything, so the nice people decide to take her with them to ... Pakistan...
