In one chapter I had shown that when Khushi sits on the lunch table with the Raizadas, Arnav stays by Khushi's side and gives her more than appropriate attention. That had brought everybody's attention on them, including Nani and Mama. So they weren't surprised though they haven't reached any conclusions yet.
