SidNi legally divorced?

I don't think so. How come these CVs can show such huge illogical things? I mean...there are differences between SidNi ...alright. But still they are legally married..how come they get her married to someone else without divorce? And how come that DD and Roshni never think of this?

Roshni Is getting engage and not married to Yash and if she were to marry him I'm sure she would divorce Sid first.

Good that Yash and Roshni are getting engaged because now Sid can stop spending every waking moment running and chasing a woman who told him many times that she doesn't want to be with him. Sid needs to leave Roshni alone, he needs to set her free, stop forcing her to come back to him and let her come back on her own free will.
