So before I present you the final part of Stripped, The Shaadi Special, I wanted to give you a glimpse of what's coming next from me. In the near future, I will be starting a new journey, a story called Revealed. This will be different from Stripped, but I hope you come along for the ride to see a couple's life after being marriage. Below is short preview from the Prologue...

"Is this the final draft?"

Her friend nodded, giving her a small smile. She hesitantly took the papers, staying firmly seated behind her desk.

Her heart raced, as she swiftly turned the pages noting the changes she had requested. It was when she reached the last page, she froze. Time stood still, she found herself caressing the bottom of the paper, feeling her heart stop beating.

"Khushi... Khushi..."

"Sorry, can you leave me alone for a while?"

"But..."

"Please La! I need some time to myself..."

She spoke up abruptly, staring up at the woman whose concerned gaze was fixed on hers.

Lavanya Mathur looked at her friend, and partner at the law firm they had built up together. Khushi was masking her emotions, which worked very well for her in her line of work, but she knew what was running in her friends mind. One would know after sixteen years of friendship, not to mention practicing law for the past ten years. Her dear friend was suffering, and keeping it bottled up inside. But she also knew right now, it was best to leave her alone.

Khushi watched as La left her office closing the door behind her. She sighed deeply, pushing her chair back, and stood up to gaze outside the window.

She shivered, despite the warmth in her office, she could feel Chicago's chilling, rigid winter temperature. Her body, bones felt it, but was it the temperature outside or was it where she is standing today in her personal life.

"Arnav..."

She whispered, picking up the photo frame that sat on the window ledge, since she had moved into this office space five years ago.

Her husband... that's what he was referred to in front of society, but is that what she referred to him behind the four walls of their home?

Anyway.

I don't even need to tell you how excited I am for Revealed. You know how much I've pressured- er... vouched for this. I'm incredibly, incredibly excited, and damnit, I just cannot wait. You'll be kickass, if this excerpt is any indication- as... always, really, but this one... this one is special. I'm excited, baby!

I loved the way you wrote this one. There was everything. This was the complete... bada packet :)

These two are my favorite couple for one reason: They're a couple. Every single update brings this to my mind, how strong they are together and how much they cherish the other's happiness. Khushi's present of the house, and Arnav's choice to give her the shares- two things that are so very them. The house represents so much of them as a couple, and I don't even need to say anything about AR. The moment when they give each other the presents- damn, Di. I know you're fantastic at picking presents, but these two... may have beaten you ;)

But my favorite manifestation of these two together is... *blushes* That scene, uff. You had me whining about leaving it halfway earlier, but you certainly made up for it here ;) Arnav demanding her to take her clothes off- white lace! This was a hell of a sex scene, Di- you truly outdid yourself here. They were really, truly... one.

Arnav helping Khushi tie the sari- one of my favorite scenes. Just so, so cute- you know, I've seen my dad kneel down and fix the pleats- or rather, ruin the pleats, until Amma gets fed up and calls me over. This one only made that memory fonder to me.

"He took off his seatbelt, leaned over placing his hands on her face and pulled her in for a deep, passionate kiss. " - LOVED this moment. This one was just so spontaneous, endeared itself to me. I really really like this one.

Oh my god their honeymoon.

Damn it Di, this is SO awesome! The two of them ahhh. I'm just- this left me smiling, and ridiculously happy. The sunscreen scene! That scene, was SO perfect. It was so funny, naughty and playful- "Perhaps the cold water will help soothe your sore bum". LOLOL, literally!

I loved their ending conversation about kids, with them walking back, hand in hand, under the stars. This was truly the perfect way to end this shaadi- them, together... without clothes in the water, with her telling him her fantasy. They're so comfortable with each other, but yet... they have that spark, phataka, YKWIM? ;)

This shaadi special was such a special treat, for all of us. Thank you, for doing this, for putting your entire heart into this. For picking out the clothes, researching the ceremonies with your trademark precision, for taking the time to format it, practically planning an entire wedding- so we could enjoy it. All while you have a million other things going on, you give us a 12,000 word update (12-f***ing-thousand!), without ever letting us feel bored- making us feel a part of it.

I love your long updates, I love your choice in clothes, I love your Arnav and Khushi, and I love you.
