Yup...I do agree with whatever u said.I'm too not surprised with Mr Malhotra's attitude.And Raman replying back had hurt his so called ego...so what better than making him insulted in this way.But what he didn't realize is Mihir may be a good employee but he is no match to Raman's caliber.That he will realize soon.I hope something drastic happens and the boss goes begging infront of Raman to help to come out of the disaster.Originally posted by: abhilasha_dream
The problem which Raman is facing at office is very realistic.
If the top heads makes any mistake, the loss is huge and the bhigher authorities really doesn't take it lightly, they really bombard the employee badly and sometimes the head also faces demotion or flak of job.The politics Mr. Malhotra is playing is also very real, the top boss when he feels that now he is being overpowered by his employee, he does play politics so that he doesn't lose his potential employee but at the same time, can show the employee his actual position also.So am really not surprised..
