Hi all you K drama fans.. After seeing a lot of friends talk about K drama and it was not making sense I decided to give it a try to make sense😆. So last week I jumped on this bandwagon and infact did a marathon watching my first K-drama Heirs.

Overall a good drama👍🏼 and it was easy to see how LMH has so many fans.I found from the story perspective the same old nothing out of the ordinary Rich guy poor girl . He is ready to sacrifice anything to be with her. The ending seemed so rushed that all the parents seem to be doing things in their children's favor.

Initial couple of episodes had no clue who was who😕 and kept getting confused as to why certain scenarios made no sense. But as I got towards midway I started getting a handle of the characters and how every character fit in the puzzle. However these actors when they changed their hairstyles at the end threw me for a loop again

My fav character was Won heart emoticon . Wish he had been the lead as his story seemed to be the more intriguing one.His story also seemed to fit more in the whole crown theme . His family relationship evolved however his love life ended up sad. Went well with the you win some and lose some and the burden of having to be a part of the society and status. The sacrifices you have to make to run these corporations and the backstabbing that comes part and parcel of being a part of such families.

After him I thought young do 👍🏼did a fantastic job. He was not the villian he was portraying himself and he stuck to his character till the end . I like the fact that although they would give their lives for each other Choi;s words had no love towards kim tan.

Couple of things that stuck out
How is that the guys were always dressed in sweaters while the girls walked in their short skirts :-,

The kiss seemed so forced even the hugs . It did not have any of the emotions it should . Guess so used to seeing so much drama in indian shows I found this so unappetizing

Priya di welcome to this place 🤗 u started wid the wrng drama, u should have watched bof first :) abt heirs i have nothing to say, such a let down drama it was fr me :/ kim woo bin(the one wid the raised eyebrow) i heart him too :) n female actress(park shin hye) always makes each n evry kiss look forced in all of her dramas (initially i used to hate her fr same reason). Indian dramas n k dramas are way to different thats y ur finding it unappetizing, watch some k dramas n m damn sure ur focus will shift to k dramas..k dramas are much better than those boring indian daily soaps :)

Thank you dear.🤗 BOF was the other drama to choose from however for some reason I was told it was similar to KYY. I did not want to get into that as curiosity would get the better of me and I would want to watch KYY too😳.

I was told LMH was a top actor hence gave this drama a shot. As I mentioned it was not bad but the acting could have been lot better. Maybe the indian actors or actresses over dramatize the scene with their expressions and actions that i find them less appealing here.This being a love story and the hugs and kisses are the central part of that team hence the feeling. I know its my first show so will give it time before I write that fact in the books.

a lot of people heart woo bin..in this show he was good but will need to see more if i want to ship him.

Welcome to Kdrama world..😃 You chose Heirs as 1st drama..Oh..Ho..I hate that drama to the core..😆 WooBin is the only good thing abt it..

You should watch "Boys Over Flowers"..❤️ (KY2 oly took BOF basic plot, some scenes and changed it into Indian scenario) Ongoing drama "Kill Me Heal Me"! 😃

Thanks poo for the welcome 🤗. It looks like though LMH is a fav but the show Heirs is not 😲

Woobin was fine.. however as i mentioned i liked the big brother story the best. Wish they had his as the main theme.

BOF is something surely on the list to watch...It was a toss up between that and heirs and i choose heirs. The reason is that i was told KY2 was loosely based on it and I knew my curiosity would get the better of me to see the differences that I would start watching KY2. Way too many shows 😳

I probably start Kill Me Heal Me as my neighbor and someone just this morning told me to give it shot. I am told that its still a drama in progress so will wait to see if YT has it all.

I watched the first few minutes of Kill Me Heal Me and i found it very confusing. The bhoot in the guy made him so many personalities. I cannot even get a handle of one so I don;t think i want t o watch this right now.. proabably get some more K shows experience and then watch this. BOF or Coffee Prince is what i am looking to watch.

My first was BOF ,in my opinion its better than KYY. I suggest rooftop prince ,though the ending is sort of weird. I hated heirs.

KYY I am sure is bound to be changed to suit the indian audience aka masala added.
