OMG! I am from Texas! I think you should totally come to Houston, Texas as an exchange student. Last year I met one of my best friends throw this program, when she came to Houston, Texas as an exchange student from Sweden. I am not saying this because I am from Houston or whatever, but I think we have a really friendly environment and the people here are super welcoming. My friend really loved it here. You should definitely give it a try! She is thinking about coming back here for University next year. I think you will enjoy it here. My friend joined the school news channel Along with me and she even got to anchor some episodes as my co-host. She also joined the track team for our school and we actually went to the districts that year. And she got pretty popular and stuff. She was always invited to our parties and stuff. She was a Jounir but she always used to hang out with us seniors. And we had a great time.

Exploring the world is a really good opportunity - I suggest you shouldn't let go of it.

I live in London currently, but I have travelled around various countries for studies. The challenges you face in one country are different than the other and this is what makes traveling worthwhile. You have a perfect choice of relocating from Europe to America, two continents who although share the same language, have a large difference in culture, lifestyle, education, food, social life etc. There's just so much that you could possibly learn by traveling around for a semester or two!

In a personal opinion, I would suggest Houston, Texas. I've been there and I've got loads of friends there too. It's a very welcoming city and especially for students, the people there are accommodating and friendly.

Final call is yours, all the best!
