no yaar i don't think she will turn totally negative....once misunderstanding clears she will be normal maybe this time she will try to care for neev since its her way to repent her mistake of snatching prachi's love neev so to pay back what she have done is giving prachi her love milind

why i say so because we still have to see prachi-ayesha patch up as sisters...the whole shah family forgiving ayesha and accepting as a shah....as for love i have no idea since i know neev can never love ayesha since he always live and love only prachi as for milind i guess very soon he will fall in love with his wife...either she have neev or staying alone but no chance of going to milind
