Arrey this is for his Filmfare performance, he is paying tribute to Dancing superstars of hindi cinema-Shammi kapoor, Govinda & ofcourse Hrithik!!
Ganesh Hegde has probably choreographed it and he posed as them as these cut outs are used for stage decors. He looks kinda weird esp in the 2nd pic 😆

I think he performed this at FF since there was a picture of Varun's rehearsals and in one of them it looked like he was doing the Ek Pal Ka Jeena signature step.

This is awesome though, I was listening to this song on repeat for the past few weeks.
