Up until now I was going by the episode where Radha asks Rashi to read out her horoscope to her and then Rashi lied about what her horoscope said. So I assumed she was illiterate.

Rashi did not show her the horoscope. Rashi caught hold of Radha because Gopi got out of her hands.

Coolhi1988 explained the newspaper was in English and that's why Radha asked Rashi to read aloud her horoscope to her. I will admit that I was mistaken about Radha being illiterate.

Maybe she did not know English but she could read & write Hindi. However, Ahem's signature was written in English & Radha had forged.

But I was wrong about her being illiterate. She just gave off that vibe. 😆It goes to show that being literate does not mean a person has basic common sense.

Initially, Gopi did not know to read & write. She could not write her own name. That is illiteracy. I can say Radha is uneducated but I can't say she is illiterate. There is a difference between the two.
