I was watching old episodes and there Ishita used to address Raman as "tum" .These days he calls Raman "Aap".When did this transformation happens?

i think.. it was before ishra's marriage when ishita used to address raman as 'tum'. she started adressing him as 'aap' immediately after marriage and since then she is addressing him. as 'aap'.

I Remember The scene of Ishita' s hangover when Raman was imitating to strangle her in her sleep and she gets up suddenly and shouts " Kyaaa kar rahe ho tum? "
I guess "tum" she use to speak occasionally when she use to be in anger. rest of the times she calls him Aap only.
