I donno ..the only thng i cud see was ..his fear abt cabir ..like ..if nandu was disturbing him thn he wud be more outrageous.. Donnoo have to wait

May be the concern over Cabir's missing has taken over any other feeling of Manik.

May be Nandini just left without saying anything or made some excuse instead of a serious talk.

May be the precap could be the last scene of the episode also.

The musicana night also when both of them were heart broken, but still when Cabir was beaten up, both had jumped into action of taking him to the hospital.

However this time from precap, Manik did not appear distraught like in Musicana wali night but just concerned over Cabir's absence.

We will only have to wait.
