Well, as confusing the title of the post is, we are sure you all know what we are talking about. Sanam Ahmed Khan (Surbhi Jyoti) who is of course wife of Aahl Razaa Ibrahim (Karanvir Bohra) and the new Sanam (Additi Gupta ), and would you believe she gets referred the same way, are in a triangle situation.

Of course all this is planned by none other than Tanveer (Amrapali Gupta), who first tried to put Seher in the room to create havoc for Sanam and when that failed she has now gotten the new Sanam to do her dirty work.
