Got the theme a little but not much..

Part-2:

I want to be a STAR, even just for a night. So that I could watch for you all night.

Before:

He smiled at her affably as she sat beside him in the car.

He asked softly, "Shall we?"

She nodded excitedly. 'YES!'

The car moved in an even pace.

She turned to see him that was when she saw it.

A chocolate box on the dashboard!

'How romantic, the box itself is in heart shape!'

No, Sakshi, he hasn't yet declared it. Be a good girl, sit tight and watch!

He turned to her and said, "I know you'd like it!"

'Everyone knows then!', she smiled.

He moved it toward her and she took it happily.

"Thank you!"

She started opening it, 'We've to celebrate this occasion!'

"Not now!"

He said and swerved the car into a restaurant.

'Oh, he has other plans!'

She put the box in her hand bag and got out of the car.

As she climbed the steps with him, she felt as if she was the luckiest person in the world, ever.

'No, none can beat me in it!'

He ordered as though he knew her taste well than herself.

Every sip of the soup served as a starter, every mouthful of the dishes served in the main course, every piece of the salad served at the dessert made her float in ecstasy easily, but they could not beat him even once in that.

To her surprise, he was talking and talking and talking, without a stop, that night.

She would be ready to keep mum for the rest of her life, if he was ready to talk to her-only to her, that was.

She smiled at her greediness.

Even though she was full, he asked,

"Ice cream?"

"Mm.. no need, if you'll talk to me some more,"

She said and blushed at her quip.

'Shh.. he hasn't yet-"

"Then I'll stop talking and you can get one."

He said with a smile.

To see this smile, how long she had waited.

Now she was witnessing it for every sentence he uttered, literally, but she could not face him fully, as shyness stood in the middle.

'Oh, how much correct the saying is, "Shyness is one thing, which would wait for a right time to pounce and when it comes at last, it would ruin the situation once again by clutching the words under the throat!"- Hush, hush! This is no time for silence. Talk!'

"No, I'll get one, if you agree to talk more!"

She looked him in the eye.

They both laughed and ordered the ice cream.

It was the most delicious ice cream she had ever eaten in her life, she thought and expressed it to him.

He looked up from his ice cream at her, suddenly.

'Oh, God, Sakshi! You can't talk like that. He is the one who wanted to talk to you, after all!'

She thought she had caught him off-guard with her extemporary talk.

But his look turned to a sweet smile and then to a great laugh.

'See, he is laughing at you!'

She grinned slightly at him.

Then he said, "If I say, you are the one who is going to pay for the ice cream, then will you say so still?"

He asked with a twitch on his lips, which were trying to pane into a chuckle.

"Even if I've to pay for your food for the rest of my life, I'll say so, happily!"

She said proudly.

He checked himself then.

"Right, finish the ice cream. It's getting late," he said quietly.

'Getting late for what?' she smiled.

If allowed, she would be sitting there, forever, seeing him-

'Cut it, right now!'

They reached the car.

'Why should not I feel the ground under my feet?'

The journey started again.

She remembered a saying, 'If you can't stop a thing, don't start it then!'

But now she did not want to stop anywhere, as long as the car was moving and moving without a stop that was enough for her.

'Then who would feed you lady?'

Reality dragged her to the present.

The car was going through lone streets. Soon it would stop before her place, but before that-

"You said, you wanted to talk to me,"

She turned to him and smiled.

He had forgotten that just like she did, she thought.

"Not here. Now we are going there only."

That was when she noticed that the roads did not lead them to her place, but his.

'Oh, sentimentally, he wants to tell it in his place. Not a bad idea!'
