I laughed at this once upon a time, but now I think it's too mean to do that. She probably speaks Urdu way better than I do, so who am I to laugh at her English-speaking abilities?

No one is mocking her. Just the way she speaks the language comes off funny. 😆 Just like we would laugh at an American who is trying to speak a different language but comes off sounding hilarious.
