The episode starts with Akshara revealing to Karishma that they were all pretending in order to make Naman realize. Karishma apologizes to Akshara and hugs her. The elders say that whatever Akshara does is done after thinking. They hope that Akshara sorts out everything. She brings Karishma. Vishwamber says they should leave and Rama also says the same. Dada ju calls everyone and brings the kids. Bua ji asks him what the matter is and he says that no one remembered it's his birthday. Bhabhimaa tells him his birthday is the next day but Dada ji says the kids reminded him it's going to be his birthday at midnight so he will cut his cake at 12. Dada ji is shown happy with the kids and Bhabhimaa says he is happy but he will be upset when he finds out that there's no cake.Akshara assures Bhabhimaa that she'll make a cake. She makes the cake and everyone praises it. They're all shown happy and singing for Dada ji as he cuts the cake. Naksh hugs him and tells him he loves him very much. Dada ji asks for his gift and Naksh tells him he'll get it after the party. Dada ji agrees. Bhabimaa says Naksh has grown up and has become responsible that's why he managed everything. Bua ji says Dada ji worked throughout his life and that's why everyone is upset now he's keeping unwell. Akshara tells her that they should be thankful that he's with them. Naitik says he's proud of Naksh as he has taken his place in Dada ji's life. Rajshri tells everyone they should leave.Muskaan asks Alok whether he will visit the next day and he asks why. Muskaan tells him about Sankranti and he asks her if she knows how to fly kites. She nods and says no. Alok smiles at her and tells her that they'll both learn kite flying together. He leaves and bumps into Roshni and Gayu. He hugs Gayu and greets Rashmi then leaves. Rama gets happy seeing Alok, Rashmi and Gayu.Naksh says that he'll sleep with Dada ji as he wants to wish him first. Dada ji jokes and tells him he'll have to wake up first to wish him. Dada ji takes him. Akshara asks Girja to clear up everything.When everyone leaves, Naitik hugs Akshara and tells her he loves her but he's not sure whether she loves him or not. Akshara says she doesn't love him and he asks her to wait for a few minutes; he'll make her love him. They sit in the cold weather together and she asks him to say something. He agrees and whispers something in her ears which makes her laugh. The duo share lovely moments together.Later in the morning, everyone wishes Dada ji a happy birthday and they ask about Naksh. Dada ji tells them he forgot about Naksh. Akshara tells him to go back to sleep again and Dada ji agrees. He sees Naksh still sleeping and he slips into bed again and sleeps next to him. Naksh wakes up and finds Dada ji still sleeping. Everyone looks on amused. Naksh tells everyone that Dada ji is still sleeping while it's his birthday. He wakes up Dada ji and he pretends. Bhabimaa says he is Naksh's Dada ji. Naksh wishes him a happy birthday and hugs him.Alok walks into the house and screams for Naman. When Naman shows up, Alok asks him how he could be careless and cause such a huge loss. Naman tells him he's mistaken and Alok says he made a grave mistake working with him and he wouldn't even thought of working with him if he knew he was so stupid and such a cheater. Naman says he's not a cheater and asks Alok to explain what happened. Alok reminds him about when he said he doesn't work if there is no profit and Naman promised to talk to the client. He then says that he gave the order and Naman didn't talk to the clients. Naman defends himself and says that he spoke to the clients. Alok asks whether he is lying about his loss. He tells Naman he'll have to pay for it.Bau ji tries to reason with Alok but he tells Bau ji not to get involved. In anger, Naman pushes Alok onto the ground shocking everyone. Devyaani reprimands Naman for his rash reaction and he apologizes to Alok citing that he didn't wish to cause any harm. Alok smiles and Naman asks what happened. Akshara explains everything to Naman and tells him just like he did what he felt was right, the same way Karishma did what she thought was right. Akshara reveals about their plan to Naman and tells him that it was all a staged drama to make him realize that a person can act wrongly while angry. Naman says that his situation is different but Akshara tells him that no one is perfect and reminds him that he also lied a lot but they forgave him so he also shouldn't get angry when Karishma only told a lie once. She asks him to give her a chance and forgive her. Naman apologizes to everyone and everyone gets happy.Akshara and Naitik asks Naman to apologize to Karishma as well. Alok nudges him to do so and Naman goes ahead to Karishma and apologizes. Karishma apologizes to him too and they hug in front of the elders. They suddenly break the hug aware of their surroundings. Naitik reminds Akshara that the same thing happened to them too. Karishma thanks Alok and Naman praises his acting skills. Alok smiles and excuses himself to attend to a phone call. Muskaan asks Alok whether he thought of acting and Alok denies citing that he will think of it if someone goes with him. Muskaan smiles.Everyone gets decked up and ready. Dada ji appears dressed in a suit and tells everyone that Naksh made him wear it. Muskaan agrees and says that they did it together so that he could outshine everyone on his birthday. Bhabimaa hugs Naksh and asks if he loves Dada ji a lot. Naksh tells her he also loves her and asks her not to worry about Dada ji because he'll always be there taking care of him. Everyone smiles at his thoughtfulness. Everyone compliments Dada ji and wish him for his birthday. Akshara asks about Pongal and everyone wishes Chitti for Pongal. He thanks everyone. Shaurya says he wants to fly some kites and Mohit asks him where he will get them. Naksh reminds Mohit he said he would bring a few kites. Naitik says that he and Akshara have thought of something different for the festival. Akshara tells everyone that instead of buying kites, they will be making them. Naitik adds on saying that the kites will be made in pairs so couples will be together. He also says that the best kite will get a gift from Dada ji. The screen freezes on Rashmi's sad face.
Precap: Rama smiles seeing Alok and Rashmi together. Akshara is left dumbfounded after witnessing Alok telling Muskaan he loves her.
