I guess rathores inherited property is used for maintenance of palace but Viraj is not interested in his property as he is a self made man( saurav's dialogue ;) )

Singham 2? May be Delhi?
If it's a tourist spot, it will be under govt control right? You would get a portion of the earning. And the govt takes care of the maintanence.

I dont think palace is under govt control... if so viraj need not think about it's maintenance... !!
I guess part of the land may be taken over by govt... palace may be still under the control of Rathores... !

If a place has to be a tourist spot, I think it goes under govt control, and may be outsourced for maintenance. The palace owners can stay in part of the palace. I may be wrong.

I have no idea on this. But I think as it is his palace it will be his decision whether he wants it privatised or governmentalized. And one part of palace they have put up as a museum for few artefacts. I think it's private.

According to my knowledge, every tourist place falls under govt, or they would at least need a government approval and have to pay the government.
