Is Raman Again on Guilt Mode?

I dont understand raman's behaviour. Is he still on the guilt mode for hurting ishita. Is he again thinking of leaving ishita for her happiness.

Why will Ishita do that? She didn't come between Raman and Shagun. That's the point of this track.
