Can somebody help me ..please

acctually i was watching Mamta from beginign then sudeenly due to some personal problem i couldnt watch it for a while and the last episode i watched was that whensid was at mamta 's home and he lost his memorois and Krish still was a kad and so and one day mamta went with Sid to other city and when Akshey came back he found she i snot there.... that was my last episode and now im watching it for a month i undrestand some thing but i dont know who is Aref and what happened in between please tel me the story please and thank you so much 😭
