For UP, he just got an extension by fibbing to BB about his love
for KT, net result he got 10 lakhs, His tamil movie failed thanks
to the panauti effect, He has no work outside so BB was his source
of income and he was able to con BB with his love story, so that he can
get back in.

For KT, this is a game too. She's already heard Sonali say that he
needed to win because he wanted the money for a business, Now
KT is pretty mercenary and why would she fall for a guy who is so
hard up?

Both are faking, and for UP it was his way of taking the show away
from GG as well, as he himself confessed.
