Rk didn't tied mangalsutra properly (I loved that one on madhu fair neck. .It was shining ) but at the hospital and Rk mansion it was properly tied. ...who tied this ...Rk or madhu. ...I think most probably madhu. ..as in today episode she was willing to do graha pravesh. ...she looked down to step up and throw the kalash ...though in marriage process she didn't participate but after marriage rituals at Rk mansion she was willing. ..and was at shocking states at many events. ..that means she expected something. ..of marriage like. ..

rk got romantic seeing his newly wed bride n he said darling bahut drama ho gaya public ke saamne now let me tie ur nupital chain
n that is y madhu never removed it u see
n if u want on serious note then neither rk nor madhu mangalsutra got tied on its own lol as both rm r bade waale lazies dono mein koi tie nahi karega
n if u want to know on genral basis then madhus make up artist must have tied it or particularly dds

I think she had accepted the fact that she needs to tolerate whatever RK throws her way for Mallik's sake ! I guess it signifies her acceptance of the situation !

Madhu herself as she admitted that she has given herself (Madhubala)to Rk fully so she must hv tied it to signify this.
