Yamini is looking for Sarthak who is looking at the file reading the file about the vials and its effects. At party, Yamini tells Avni that Joe is a nice guy and likes her and she too should listen to her heart. She then pushes Avni towards Joe to dance. She is embarrassed and tries to talk to him and learns that he is very passionate about medicine like her. Joe gets a call for a medical emergency and takes Avni with her. Sameer is planning to end Seher's and Ranveer's story.
Joe is attending to a child patient who is injured and his way of talking makes her think that he is very sensible. Seher's mom calls her telling that Sameer said he will be picking her up and Seher gets worried. Sameer turns up dressed as a doctor hiding behind a surgeon's mask and sees Ranveer and Seher dancing and gets furious. Ranveer kisses Seher and that makes Sameer even more angry. Sarthak returns back to the party and so do Avni and Joe. Sarthak thinks that he can't control himself for long and he has to find a way to find a new vial. The lights turn off as its only 1o seconds left for new year and Sarthak drags Prateek and hides him somewhere else. After wishing everyone on new year, Sarthak leaves from there and Joe goes to meet Vivaan. Joe asks him why he can't admit that he too loves her the way she loves him. Vivaan says he has to go and makes Joe hide him in a coffin.
Sarthak calls Mr. Malik asking him to hand all these vials to him if he wants to save his son Prateek. He doesnt tell that he is Sarthak and says that he knows all about the happenings in the hospital. Sameer comes near Seher and Ranveer and takes off his mask. Seher is shocked and scared seeing him there and Sameer gets violent with Ranveer. Rose tries to stop him but he hits him with the log he has brought with himself. Avni calls Joe for immediate help while Sarthak takes Prateek to some old store room where he starts gaining consciousness. Sarthak blindfolds him and Prateek starts screaming for help. Sarthak loses control and attacks him warning him to keep quiet.
Precap: Seher telling Ranveer on phone that she will try to come out, but Sameer listens from the other line and asks his father to keep his men ready and he will finish Ranveer's chapter this time.
