Being a mother has helped me play my role better in Udann: Sai Deodhar

Sai Deodhar, who is now becoming the heartthrob of the masses as Kasturi in Colors' show Udann, feels that motherhood in real life has prepared her for her role in reel life.

Recently, the actress spoke to us about the same, "I have a three-year-old daughter, and I believe that this has helped me in developing my character on the show."

When we her about her equation with the little angel, Spandan, on the sets, "The little darling enjoys whatever she does and has so much energy. For me, she is a little child and that is obviously because of my motherly instinct," she said.

"Being a mother, my approach towards children on the sets is also like one, where I scold them and at the same time pamper them. Not that I try to be very strong with them but being a mother I understand the importance of guiding a child properly," added Sai.

We asked the talented actor about the depiction of bonded labour on the show and she said, "Firstly, I feel blessed that people are liking the show. Secondly, the best part of the show is that it is not only depicting a serious issue, but also providing a lesson for the younger generation!"

"Today's generation take many things for granted. I feel really proud that we have been able to spread a social message", she added.
