Chapter 2

Aisha looked at him confused & asked, "Aap kaun??"

Now that was a shock for everyone, they looked at each other not knowing what happen?

Rathod asked while his heart was beating very fast, "You ok"

Aisha replied in low tone, "Yes...I am ok...but (she stopped, looked at everyone & asked )..aap log kaun hai??"

Everyone was shocked beyond words, although that was a simple question but for them it was something which they can never thought of.

Doctor was also present, he also saw everything, before anyone can say something doctor said to them, "Aap log please bahar jaiye...mujhe patient ko examine karna hai"

Rathod replied unbelievably, "Par doctor..."

Doctor cut him mid & said, "Please Sir...I understand but please...let me check first..."

Everyone don't know what to say, they just went out after glancing at Aisha & her confused expressions.

Everyone was waiting outside the OT, their hearts were not beating at normal rates, Shree-Chotu were trying to remain hard & not to show their week states, Liza was continuously wiping her tears but they were unstoppable, Rathod was lost, Arjun was lost seeing everyone's state especially Rathod his once best buddy, Sakshi was sitting their quietly with tears, she didn't bother to wipe her tears & was lost thinking something, don't know what.

They were waiting from past 20 minutes but yet it was like just a second ago when Aisha asked "aap log kaun hai"

Doctor came outside & saw everyone is looking at him with hopes, Shree was the first one to ask, "Kya hua doctor...woh theek toh hai na..."

Doctor replied, "Yes ...but " (he stopped)

Rathod asked, "But what doctor??"

Doctor replied calmly, "Dekhiye...woh theek hai...par girne ke shock aur impact se...she lost her memory partially"

What followed next was shocking expressions of everyone, Doctor knew that no one has expected this, he continued, "but woh sab kuch nahi bhuli hai..."

Now everyone was happy with the new revelation but were confused too, Sakshi asked nervously, "kitna yaad hai usse?? "

Doctor replied, "meine unse baat ki hai...aur jis tarah se unhone mere sawal ke jawab diye...I think kuch saal pehle unka koi road accident hua tha...unhe yeh lag raha hai ki woh hospital mein uss accident ki wajah se hai"

Arjun asked, "Kab ki baat hai yeh??"

Doctor replied, "8 saal pehle...unke hisab se aaj 8 May 2006 hai"

Everyone was silent & amazement was visible on their faces, Doctor continued remembering something, "aur haan...she is asking about her father...woh unse milna chahati hai...aap unke father ko yahan bula lijiye"

Doctor was waiting for a reply but when it didn't came he said, "abhi mein unhe injection diya hai isliye so rahi hai...injection isliye diya taki woh hyper na ho...4-5 hours mein hosh aa jayega...aur haan don't force her to remember anything bcoz it can result in adverse"

Doctor went from there leaving everyone stunned, Sakshi went from there while crying, Shree-Chotu were comforting each other, Sameer was shocked, he decided to confess her everything & now she don't remember him, she even don't know his name & Arjun was standing, he want to do something to make things right but he can't do anything except putting his hand on Sameer's shoulders & silently giving the much needed support to Sameer.

No one know how to handle Aisha, how to make her remember everything, how to tell her that they are her friends cum family.

Arjun was making answers ready in his mind to answer Aisha when she will be awake as others were not in a state to do so.

After 4 hours what felt like ages, nurse came to them & told them that Aisha is awake now, they can meet her.

Sameer-Shree-Chotu stood up to go inside, Sakshi has not came back yet & Arjun stopped them saying, "Ruko..."

Others looked at him confused, he continued, "Andar jane se pehle yeh toh soch lo ki usse kahoge kya"

Before they starting thinking Arjun gave all the answers of question that Aisha might ask them.

Nodding him everyone went inside, as soon as the door opened Aisha's eyes went on them, from her look they knew that she was not expecting them.

Soon everyone was standing around bed but there was pin drop silence, Aisha was nervous with 4 unknown men around her, so she asked, "Aap log kaun hai??"

Arjun answered her question politely, "Hum ETF se hai"

Aisha looked at him confused, so he continued, "Hum hi tumhe yahan hospital leke aaye hai"

Aisha gave them a smile & replied, "Oh...thank you...thank you so much for saving me"

Aisha looked at others who were standing beside her but none was speaking anything, she looked at Arjun, Arjun understood her confusion & replied, "Sorry...I forgot to give introduction, I am ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte, (pointing at Rathod) he is ETF chief Sameer Damsingh Rathod, (pointing at Shree) Shreekant Sen, (pointing at Chotu) he is Chandrakant Patil"

Just then Sakshi came into room with dull & swelled eyes which clearly shows that she had been crying all the time, Arjun continued seeing her, "& she is Sakshi Anand"

Sakshi gave her smile while Aisha giving her the same. Aisha said looking at Rathod, "Thank you Sir & ur team for saving me...Thanks a lot"

Rathod replied, "Its ok...that's our duty"

Aisha asked as if remembering something, "Woh...did you all informed my father??"

Everyone looked at each other bcoz they don't have answer to this question, this time reply came from Sakshi, she said, "No...I mean humare pass koi contact nahi tha jisse hum aapke father ko inform kar sake"

Aisha replied, "Oh ok.." but something hit her she asked, "Toh aap logo ko mera naam kaise pata??"

Arjun-Sameer-Chotu-Shree were again confused on how to answer her but they were happy also thinking "Once a cop always a cop", they were saved by Sakshi's presence of mind, "From your driving license that you were carrying with you"

Aisha replied, "Oh ok"

Everyone was silent now, soon this silence was broke by Rathod's mobile ringing, he excused himself & walked out of room to have convo with the caller.

Aisha said, "Aap log ab jaa sakte hai...(when everyone looked at her confusion, she continued)...I mean I am fine now...so...I mean aap logo ko bhi kaam hoga aur meri wajah aapka time waste ho raha hoga"

Shree replied, "Nahi...tumhare wajah se humara time kyu waste hoga tum toh..."

Shree was stopped at Arjun's loud call, "SHREE"

Shree looked at him & realised his slip, Aisha was looking first with confusion at Shree than Arjun, Shree continued to cover up his slip, "I mean...yeh toh humara farz hai" & gave her small smile.

Rathod came inside after the call & said, "We need to go...commissioner sir ne bulaya hai...sabko"

Everyone nodded, Sakshi said, "Sameer you all go...I will stay here"

Sameer nodded at her & went out, behind him Arjun-Shree-Chotu also went out after having a quick look on Aisha & giving a nod to Sakshi.

In ETF SUV

Everyone was going to ETF after meeting with Commissioner Sir, meeting was related to earlier cases, Commissioner also got to know about the accident & they all decided that the news of this accident should not come in media bcoz Aisha has gone to too many undercover operations with many identities, her life can be in danger if this news went out as she know many criminals & their hide outs.

Everyone was silent in SUV, Sameer broke the silence & said, "Shree... inform Aisha's father about her accident"

Shree nodded at him. Soon they reached office, RR went to their respective cabins, Shree went to his desk & Chotu went to forensic lab to Liza to inform her about Aisha's condition.

It has been about an hour or so when Chotu asked Shree, "Shree kya hua...tu itna tensed kyu hai"

Shree didn't replied to Chotu's question instead asked him to call Arjun to Rathod's cabin.

After about 5 minutes, Arjun was in Rathod's cabin with Chotu, trio were waiting for Shree to come, finally Shree came with tensed face.

Rathod asked, "Kya hua Shree...itna pareshan kyu ho"

Shree replied, "Sir...meine saare records check kiye hai...par...", he stopped.

Arjun asked, "Par kya Shree??"

Shree replied, "par Aisha ke father ke bare mein koi information nahi hai"

Rathod asked with confusion, "nahi hai matlab??:

Shree replied, "Sir saare documents, data, forms...sab pe sirf aur sirf Aisha ki mother ka naam hai...kahin pe bhi uske papa ka naam ya koi information nahi hai"

Chotu asked with confusion, "Aisa kaisa ho sakta hai"

Arjun said, "Shree phir se check karo"

Shree replied, "Sir mein already do baar check kar chukka hoon...woh bhi har ek document jo ETF ke database mein hai"

Rathod murmured, "How is this possible?? (continued with loud voice) Shree... head office se data collect karo"

Shree said, "Ok Sir"

Chotu said, "Par sir...jahan tak mujhe pata hai Aisha ne kabhi apne father ya family ke bare mein kuch nahi bataya"

Shree continued, "Haan sir...agar kabhi family se related baat hui bhi hai toh usne sirf apni maa ke bare mein ki hai woh bhi jyada nahi...kyunki uski maa ki death jab woh 3 years ki thi tab ho gayi thi...par"

Arjun asked, "Par...kya??"

Shree said remembering something, "usne ek baar apni kisi masi ka zikr kiya tha"

Rathod asked, "Kuch bataya tha??"

Shree-Chotu were trying to remember but they didn't remember anything, Rathod too cursed himself for not asking anything about her family to her in their casual talks.

Arjun asked, "Agar Aisha se related kisi bhi document mein uske father ka zikr nahi hai toh Why she is asking for her father??"

No one has the answer, an idea came to Shree's mind & he voiced out, "Sir...humein Aisha ke ghar se kuch pata chal sakta hai"

Arjun said, "Haan...Rathod..."

Rathod didn't wait for Arjun to complete his sentence & stood up, everyone got the meaning & moved out of office.
