Secondly did you even read the interview? Where did she use her name for publicity? She was asked about Karishma by the interviewer. Plus she is not even bad mouthing her. She is saying the way she is on the show she is in real life. So indirectly she is calling her "real" and not "fake". I would take it as a compliment 😆
