Charges Against Sumit

Hi Kumkum Fans,

Yesterday after seeing the episode I was wondering why Sumit accepted all the charges? I mean ok Sumit asked the lawyer to shut up because he was saying bad things about Kumkum.
Ok he might have thought Nivi might do something to Kumkum if he does not get jailed, but even if Sumit had not accepted the charges still he would have got punished because Kumkum was not there and with no evidence.

By accepting everything in a way he made others realized that Kumkum was fighting a false case and she was not doing the right thing.

Ek aur baat, Kumkum had tried to show that Nivi's wounds and what was shown in the CD( the evidence) was not true, ab jab main evidence mein question utha how can judge say no evidence. Ok there is lack of evidence, but they cant also give judgment when the evidence has been questioned.

Maybe I am getting to logical. Sorry if bored anyone.

sumit shudn't have accepted the crime.
I was also shocked when the judge said she wud give punishment based on the evidence of the CD i mean r they ignoring wat kumkum sed bout her wounds?

but wat can we do it's the writers of kumkum

ya sumit should not have accepted charges but acc to today's episode the case is reopened by kk and she will fight case tomorrow.

and i agree that the judge cannot take the cd as a proof cause it is shown that it is not proper
but kumkum is back and she is save sumeet

Su accepted all the charges..even said that whatever was shown in the CD was correct. So I guess the question of the judge not acknowledging the CD as substantial evidence, does not arise..

here nivi showed the marks so there was not proper evidence to say su is inocent
