Manik and Nandini's Pain...
The Shock of losing Manik made Nandini realize the depth of HER Love for HIM
The Shock that Nandini went through wnen Manik collapsed...
The Heart-Wrenching situation that Manik might lose his Hand and Music forever...brought Nandini's Love for him to the Forefront...
She was ready to sacrifice her Happiness , her LOVE...Be away from him...if it meant that he wont be careless with himself and his music...
When she said that They cant be together...Manik...took it to mean that She wont Care for him anymore...Love him anymore...
That was why he was so Bitter...Angry...Shutdown mode...he was depressed , Heart-Broken...to even think that she wont love him any more..
That's why when she touched him he removed her hands from him...he didn't want any false Hope...his heart was already broken..he couldn't handle any more Pain...even-though he was with his Best Friends in the World...FAB5...he felt all Alone...Lost without her Love...
Thats why he would close his eyes remembering the moments that he spent with HER...they were the only things keeping him sane...
When he saw and heard her playing Veena...her soothing music...her serene face...worked as a cure for him...for a moment at-least he forgot the gut-wrenching pain in his heart...and then the moment was gone...it all came back to him...her rejection...furious at himself for again falling into false hope...he walked away from her...breaking things as he went in his Anger...Frustration...
When the Guitar Cord incident happened...he was even more Angry...here He was bearing the pain of her walking away and there she was she was giving him false hope...caring for him...only to walk away later...
When she asked him why cant they behave Normal...he couldn't believe it...!!!
What Normal was she talking about...With the amount of Pain he was going through...tearing his heart apart everytime he saw her...!!!
How could she think they could be normal...as if nothing had happened between them... as if all the Love all the pain was for nothing...How can she be so Cruel...!!!
Thats why he was so determined to prove that she stole the Guitar Cord...to prove that they could never be normal...they could never let go of each other...they will always care for each other...!!!
Then He saw the Anger and Jealousy in her eyes...when a random girl flirted with him...it gave Hope to him...may be it was not all over for her yet...!!!
So eventhough the other girl didnt interest him even a bit...He flirted with her...all the time watching Nandini...to make sure that his Hope for her was True...
When He saw her Possessiveness for Him... in the way she rubbed of the other girl's touch on his body...making sure that the only Fingerprints on his Body were Hers and only Hers...
All the Pain, the Despair, the Helplessness , the Bitterness...disappeared...He knew he was not wrong...Her walking away was nothing... a mere Gesture...it didnt reflect what she wanted...what was in her Heart...
She wanted Him...She could never let go of him...and just like that...Everything became alright in his World...!!!
Now all that Manik had to do was make his Nandini realise what her Heart wanted...and he would do that with the same single minded Determination...with which he had pursued her...won her over...
