PART - 12


GEET was scared with her hallucination. She hitting his hand to protect herself from Maan. She assumed him as her enemy this time. Not able to differntiate between the nightmare and reality. Maan got tensed. Neither he could saw her in pain nor he able to calm her. So he embraced her forcly. Geet scared more and start hitting him. She wriggling dreadfully to get herself free from his arm cage but Maan gripped her more till she stop wriggling. She tried her level best to shove him away but Maan wont ready to leave her till her body loosened all strength. Even he got many scratches but he bear everything. Soon she loosened her strength and fainted on him. Maan patted her cheek but fear fit made her unconcious. He placed her on bed and asked for the doc. Soon doc visit to their room and examined her. Maan explained her condition to doc.

'i think she fainted coz of fear. And as u told her case history,she will be clmed after gaining her concious. Not to worry,she will be fine.' Doc gave injection to her and leave.

Maan sat near her head. He caressed her head tenderly. Maan felt her pain. He bend on her and kissed on her forehead. After tugging her under duvet he to laid on couch and slept soon.

At 3 am Geet's sleep broked. She sat back with a jer and scanned the whole room. Last night's struggle were evident. She remembered what she done and after found him sleeping on couch she digged in guilt. Her eyes welled up and she felt suffocated,so she stood up and ran outside. Maan to awake and followed her silently. He followed her only but not try to catch her as he observing her actions. Geet reached to small river flowing behind the back side of hotel. She was in guilt of hurting him and want to breath in fresh air.

Darkness enveloped the sky and stars vanishing gradually. A familiar figure alerts her. She turned around. 'Maan please leave me alone.' She requested as had no courage to face him.


'i will not disturb you. Just came as its might be unsafe. Geet i will keep distance to gave u privacy but also stay here for your safty.' Maan cleared his thoughts. He was far but still near to her.


Maan's concern and care affecting her deeply. She ran towards him and hugged him. In a second Maan's all pain vanish in thin air. For the first time she hugged him. Maan's arm raised and encircled her body. Her tears start rolling and died on his chest. Maan parted to glance her face. He framed her face and wiped off her tears. He asked the reason of her tears.


'Maan why you marry me? I make your life hell. Maan i am not normal and with me your life become a curse.' She was aware how much she hurt him in her hallucination and regretting.


'its ok its ok. Nothing had happened. And who said you are not normal.' Maan hugged her again. He pampered her like a baby. 'come and sit there.' both sat down the bed of green grass. 'Geet jo b hua its not intentional. I dont know what scared you so much. But Geet isse tume khud hi ladna hoga. Jab tak tum darogi tumhare ander ka darr tume or darayega or jeene nahi dega. Geet,agreed you face so much pain but it doesnt mean that you loose all hope. Geet you can fight with this too just like you fought for your life. Bas thoda sa trust karna hoga.' Maan softly calming her and tried to help her in overcoming her fears. But it wasnt easy as her wounds were so deep.

Maan laid there under the roof of sky. Geet sat for some time. His words echoing in her subconcious mind. She slanted her neck back to glance him. He dont have any sign of complate. Infact he pas a smile to her. Geet was numb. She stretched her legs, turned towards Maan and laid on his chest. She encircled his waist and Maan to enveloped her in his arms. Though it was very small gesture by her but its a sign that she wants to trust him. With him she felt protected and secure.


Both laid like this only for next two hours till Sun dawn. Both were silent letting their beats talk to each other. Then she broked the silence and asked him to move to their room. Both first fresh n up and afterwards Maan took her out to explore the beauty of city. Geet felt happy. She trying to adjust herself with him.


Next 3 days she will enjoyed with him. These three days passed calmly without any problem. Both spend time together got to aware about each other's likes and dislikes. Both observing each other. Geet wont argued much so when they watch tv in room she let him watch his fav channels.


Unknowingly in past three days Maan come closer to her. Maan come out from washroom without wearing a shirt. She was reading a magzine that time. His pure male scent invaded her nostrils and alert her about his presence. Geet peeped out with theft eye from side. She pretending of reading a magzine but her eyes exploring well built petite shamelessly. Red hue appeared which was noticed by Maan too. He smirked with his effect on her.

It's awesome. Finally geet got her conscious and feeling guilty for her act in hallucination. She just wanted to run away from this thing but maan made her understand and tried to get her belief on him. So now maneet are coming close to each other and trying to be overcome from her past. Waiting for next dear
