One of the favourite contestants on Bigg Boss season 8, Gautam Gulati has been recently drawing a lot of flak for the way he behaved with Diandra and did not man up for his actions. While fans are venting their hearts out on twitter pro and against Gautam, we have with us ex-Bigg Boss contestant Kashmera Shah who was seen inside the house this season also during a party task.


In an exclusive interview with itimes.com, Kashmera shares her views about Gautam, Diandra and the whole love saga that has become the talk of the town. Check out what she has to say!


Everything changed between Gautam and Diandra after you went inside the Bigg Boss house. What went wrong?
Gautam is acting like that because he thought nobody really saw his true colours. And nobody really did. We all were so pro him. Even when he was getting neglected by entire house, he stood up all alone and fought back. But after seeing all that happened, I think he is that frog who would never turn into a prince charming no matter how much you kiss him.


Apparently, he had a problem with the 'cute couple' comment you made about him and Diandra. Was that really big?
Yeah that's coz he was only flirting around and using the girl. My comment suddenly made him realise that people outside won't consider him single anymore and he would not be WANTED. Now that his work is done and he has survived, he is blaming the girl for being bold and open? This is such a typical Indian loser men. Or maybe he has a girlfriend; we don't know all of that. He is hardly one serial old and that too he was barely seen in it. So I don't know who Gautam Gulati is.


But what made you feel Gautam and Diandra were in love?
I always thought they were in love because when I was, I crossed boundaries and did certain things, so I thought that's why they were doing it too. And they have been through their ups and down on the show and finally it was good to see them get back together. Moreso I was happy for Diandra. But when Gautam denied it, I felt like the sky had fallen on me. I told him you didn't feel scared for so long, so why now?


Gautam says he has always maintained that they were 'just friends'. You agree?
Okay agreed he was not in love, so when Diandra kissed him, he kissed her back too! When she pulled his hand and took him to the bathroom, he followed her and was inside for as long as she was inside. Why didn't he come out then? Even a 5-year-old would do that! Why was it that only after Sambhavana told him about his mom's reactions outside, did Gautam take a U-turn without even thinking about Diandra and her parents. He should have known that if he is happily going into the bathroom with a girl, it would be very well shown to the viewers. Why couldn't he also control himself and his actions then?


So you're saying Gautam got influenced too soon?
How can someone's words make you change your mind if you are not that character yourself? No sensible person would get influenced so fast and overnight. Gautam just has this typical human loser trait.


As a viewer, did you feel awkward when Diandra and Gautam went inside the bathroom?
As a viewer and part of Bigg Boss family, nowhere I am promoting these kinds of activities on a family show. You can fight, argue, pull each other by hair or even abuse us, but don't do all this. It is not a dirty show. It's a fun show.


What exactly had happened inside the bathroom?
Diandra told me clearly that it was just a birthday kiss. So even if it's a kiss, why should Gautam deny it? That makes him so much less of a man and so much more of a creep and I really hate that. I had spoken about Krushna in the Bigg Boss show 8 years ago and outside the house, he admitted it. I was married at that time and was going through a divorce, yet I said it. Had he ignored it and denied it, I would have never been with him.


Is it all Gautam's fault from start to the end?
I am not saying girls are not at fault. Diandra is also wrong when she took him to the bathroom. She shouldn't have done it. I made a point to tell her not to repeat it. I understand they got carried away and it's just fine. You are human and allowed to commit mistake but now it has happened and can't be undone, why deny it? Anyway it's not a mistake, it was just a moment. Why only she is to be blamed. Both are equally a part of it.


So you don't like Gautam anymore?
I was a fan of him but not any more. If he can deny things in front of cameras, imagine what he should be doing behind doors. I don't care whether he is good or bad, I just hate such spineless creatures. I think he is one of the sleaziest men. My whole opinion has changed about him. I don't want to promote him in any way, not even through my anger against him. Whatever he did to Diandra was the most unmanly thing to do and it's disgusting.


And what about Gautam's fans outside that are supporting him blindly?
To me, they look like some stupid PR people posing as his fans because no genuine fans would abuse other celebrities openly. They are saying mean things about me and Krushna and telling me I don't have any work etc. They are getting so personal calling women aunty. These cannot be really educated fans. No women with self respect will appreciate what Gautam has done and he doesn't deserve to be in the finals. He might have had lots of supports and so-called fans, but after this, I think sensible women who have an iota of brain cells left in them would not vote for him.


What's your opinion about the incident when Gautam humiliated Sonali publicly?
I want to ask him even if she tried to kiss you, you avoided apparently... right? So why do you want to talk about it? It didn't happen, so why even mention and put Sonali down? You are so Salman khan that every girl is dying to kiss you. That little bit of dignity has also gone when he stooped so low and blamed all the girls.


Now that Diandra is out of the house, what do you want to say?
I am sad that she had to come out of the show amid such baseless rumours. But I am so proud that despite Gautam denying everything, she listened to her heart and took a stand. I was happy that Diandra was wearing the pants in that supposed relationship. But why isn't Gautam out too?


And what about the pregnancy rumours?

I hope they are wrong. I know Diandra and she is not someone who will have sex on a whim. She may just have just kissed him and they would have had some private moments and that's it. Anyway, the bathroom is very small and I saw it when I went in. Unfortunately if something bad has happened, then I think Gautam should be a man and accept it and not act like a coward. He should stand and take responsibility because he was half of it.
