On a serious note, I think its to justify the love confession of Arzoo. So she doesnt look all that dumb to confess her love to someone who had labeled her as gold digger to her face a few days back. Other spoilers are saying their is a love confession from Arzoo. After hearing what Arzoo claimed in the precap, Saahir prob understood she is not looking for money but somoene who respects her. So my prediction was he hired this client to make her think he respect and trusts her when he doesn't. Just a prediction!

aarzoo loves sahir for real, but sahir thinks she's a two timer, instead of a confessions he got questions of trust from aarzoo so maybe sahir think that how about a second try,if she will not refuse in the second time than she's a cheat, maybe sahir will try it for third time as well, three times you say qubool hai, so in saaz case it's "qubool nahi hai"for now ofcourse.
