THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE OVER WHELMING RESPONSE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT AND I AM VERY GREAT FULL. I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO UPDATE EASILY BECAUSE I WILL BE VERY BUSY BUT I WILL TRY AND UPDATE WHEN EVER I GET TIME. I LOVE YOU ALL AND HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS CHAPTER. AS WELL.

CHAPTER TWO

Raman had grabbed her hand just so she did not harm herself and at least lessen the fall by her falling in him. She had the most beautiful and tiniest fingers in the world and her hair smelt like strawberries and cherry all missed in one.

When he touched her shoulder to try and get her to sit up he felt a fire in him that never existed and all of a sudden he had a sudden desire to touch her face and see that it was.

He tried to turn her around when he suddenly felt her fidget in is embrace like she was looking to hide something

'Hey calm down. First get your balance right otherwise you may...'' And before he could finish she had stumbled again falling on him.

She held on to him for a while and could tell he worked out. For some reason she did not want to let go. It felt so right being their like it was a right to be there and even when everything in her head was telling her to just get up, her body was having other ideas.

'You know if you want to just keep on laying on me then at least do it in a place more comfortable than at the bottom of the stairs.'' He said teasingly as he found the whole situation funny

'No it's just that I just... Who are you anyway and what are you doing here?'' she said stuttering as she got up to cover her face

'I had a booking here for the summer. This is the Iyers Residence right?'' he asked

'Arrehaan you're the guest we are supposed to be hosting'' she said as if surprised

'Not guest tenant and why do you seem surprised did you expect someone else?'' he asked

'no it's not that. It's just that when Mihir bhai told us the person was his boss we were expecting a you know an older guy that's all.'' She said softly

'Right! Well I am definitely not old'' he answered

'Okay sorry about the misunderstanding, Let me take your bags upstairs to your room'' she said

'No no I will carry them you show me where the room is.'' He answered

'Are you sure?' she asked and he nodded in the affirmative

'Okay I will show you'' she said and she led him up stairs

He watched her as she led the way to go his room and could tell even from the baggie salwar suit she was wearing that she very voluptuous. He could not help but wonder why a woman with a body like that would wear such heavy clothes but then he knew better than to ask.

'Here is your room I hope you like it. Mamma worked really had to make sure it has everything you needed just as Mihir Bhai had asked.'' She suddenly interrupted his thoughts

'No its okay, but if you do not mind my asking do you stay here as well? I was under the impression that I get the house for myself the whole summer. I really do not want to be disturbed. No offence'' He said

'None taken and technically you do have the house to yourself I will be staying at the back house until the summer is over. Also mamma did not think it is right to leave her guest, I mean tenant unattended to and since you are new here, she figured you mightuse some help thus my presence. You will not even notice that am here trust me I will be invisible.'' She replied

' Do your parents stay here as well?'' he asked

'Yes but they are not here. My Dadiji is ill so they had to go help take care of her. She will be back as soon as possible. In case you need anything just let me know I will take care of it.'' She replied

'Okay then so what do I call you?'' he asked

'Ishita, My name is Ishita Iyer but everyone calls me Ishu'' she replied

He watched her for a while and then eventually asked her to leave his room as he wanted to freshen up and rest a bit. She excused herself and went back to the kitchen to finish preparing something to eat.

Raman woke up from his sleep and turned to grab his bags to look for a towel. He turned and noticed the bag had properly been kept away and all his clothes had been properly folded and put in the closet. He looked at the way the room was organized and was quite impressed.

'She really meant it when she said she would be invisible.''

He went to the bathroom and took a much needed shower before he went down stairs and found her setting the table.

'Here Sir, you lunch is ready.'' She said

'Oh thank you, although you did not have to.'' He replied as he sat down to eat

'No sir meals come with the package. Didn't Mihir Bhai tell you? Any way I did not know what to prepare for you so I figured this will do.'' She opened the bowl and there was this beautifully presented Chicken fried rice.

Raman saw the food and his stomach started making these growling noises and it is when he realized he actually was feeling really hungry. He hoped it tasted as good as it looked

'Thank you so much for thus. It smells great'' he said as he settled down to start his meal

'Well I hope you enjoy. I will be on my way now.'' She said but as she turned around to leave she heard him ask

'Where are you going?'' he asked

'To the back house Sir, I do not want to disturb you at all.'' She answered

'Are you seriously going to let me eat alone? This is not done come on join me.'' He asked

'No Sir I don't want to intr...'' she said but was interrupted

'No please I insist, Come one have a sit'' he asked

'Okay how about I ask Romi Bhai to keep you company. He is a foodie anyway he eats anything that crosses his mouth.'' She said

'Who is Romi?'' He asked

'Oh he is your driver. Mihir Bhai said we should get you one in case you want to get around.'' She replied as she walked away in get Romi

After a few minutes a man showed up greeted Raman and comfortably settled down to start eating the food. Raman watched the man go at the food like he was some kind of horse.

'Oh my God Ishu always cooks the best food I swear.'' He said as he continued stuffing food in his mouth

Romi looked at Raman as his eyes kept on wondering as if looking for someone or something to show up

'Look Sir I think it is better you eat she is not going to come.'' He said

'What? Who says I am waiting for her?'' he asked in a defensive way

A smile crept up on Romi's face because he could tell his know boss was lying through his teeth.

'Is she always that dismissive?'' Raman asked

'Not really, only when it comes it instances where she has to take off her veil. I have known her for two years now and I can comfortably say I have never seen her take it off.'' Romi added still eating

'Yeah I was also wondering why is that?'' Raman asked curiously

'Apparently custom does not allow her to show her face to any man except the one she intends to marry.'' Romi added

'What kind of custom is that?'' Raman asked a bit baffled

'That is what I said but I think it is more of her parents being overly protective. To be honest I could not believe it when I heard she was staying here alone. Her mother would never allow that. She is never really goes out during the day. Only at night is when she has walks at the beach with a friend of hers.'' Romi said

'Oh okay so she isn't married yet.'' Raman asked

'Nope although I do not think that will be long. She has this infectious effect on people that you just can't help but fall in love with her. Soon or later someone is going to realize her worth' 'Romi replied

'Are you in love with her?'' Raman asked

'Hahahaha no she is like a sister to me. Besides I am engaged'' Romi answered as he watched his new boss's expression change to relief. He could not help but chuckle a little.

Raman felt unbelievably relieved at the thought of her not being married or being with someone else and also surprised at how relived he was. He slowly looked at the food and put it in his mouth and it finally made sense why Romi stuffed the food down his throat. It tasted unbelievablydelicious and glorious.

After Lunch Raman asked Romi to drive him around as he needed to get some small utilities that he had forgotten to pack and also get to know the area well. Romi drove him around and took him to all places he might have wanted to go.

Even though he had said he would take a break it did not stop him from wanting to check matters to see what was happening. He asked him to drive him to a place where he could get internet service and also be able to charge his tablet do his work without any disturbances.

'Yes Sir I know just the place. There is this caf not far away from where you are staying, it will be great for you.'' And Romi finally decided to drive him there

Shagun was exhausted as it was already late in the evening and her boss would not let her go home as she was the only one working the front desk. Work was too much since they were so many people and she just wanted to go home.

She kept on grumbling under her breath as she was irritated and exhausted until she saw this godlike man walk into the caf. He was dressed in casual jeans and a t-shirt and she could tell they were designer. He looked so divine and she could honestly say she had never seen someone so ruggedly handsome and gorgeous like the man who was standing in front of her.

'Excuse me Miss I was asking if you could find me a place where I can get some Wi-Fi and also charge my Tablet. I have some work I need to take care of.'' Raman said as he watched this girl ogling him.

This was not the first time this was happening and he always enjoyed the attention and to be honest she was beautiful which made it a bonus so why not have fun with it

'Excuse me Beautiful did you hear what I just said'' he asked teasingly while smiling at her

'Oh My God Did he just call me beautiful. He just smiled at me. What do I do? Do I smile back? No I will look weird. Do I ...'' And before she could complete she thought process she had her boss say

'Shagun it okay your shift is over. Mihika will take it from here.''

'Nahi Sir it is okay let me take care of this customer, I won't mind. Sir, follow me please.'' She said as she turned around to look at Raman

'Sure and please call me Raman.'' He added

Romi and Mihika were watching all this unfold and were not surprised with the way Shagun reacted. Everytime she saw a man who seemed like he had some money and was rich she automatically became smitten and in love.

'My God Shagun doesn't learn. So how long before she says she is in love?'' asked Mihika

'I do not know. May be a week or two?'' Romi answered

'Nah I say two days maximum three. And I only say three because she has to stalk them to know about them first. So my money will be on three.'' Said Mihika

'Wait she always takes some time in gathering info'' said Romi

'Yeah but this one came in with you so she will hound you get ready for that plus he is young which is new as she usually goes for mature ones and to top it all he looks like THAT. Trust me it will take less time than normal'' replied Mihika

'You want to bet on it?'' asked Romi

'Sure why not, this is easy money.'' And they both sealed that with a hand shake

They watched as Shagun clearly threw herself at Raman and felt sorry for her because every single time she did this and they were the ones who had to take care of her and her heartbreaks.

'Oh My God Romi where did you find him? Did you know that he is not married?'' She asked

'No Shagun I did not know that. It is not something that came up in our conversations.'' Romi replied

'I swear I am in love. Oh My God he is so handsome and well-spoken and absolutely gorgeous. I swear I am calling dibbs. He is mine no one should try and porch him. That goes for you too Mihika.'' Shagun said

'Oh no honey I am spoken for so I am not interested he is all yours.'' Answered Mihika proudly

'Spoken for my foot. What makes you think Mihir will come back for you?'' asked Shagun mockingly

'He will come. I trust that he will come.'' She answered confidently

'Whatever, I need to go do my homework on Mr. handsome over there so bye, see you all tomorrow'' And with that she left the caf leaving an unimpressed Mihika and Romi behind.
