Deepali: Extremely well-rendered. Deeps has a great personality but somehow it doesn't really come trhough in the performances. Maybe a surge in confidence level will help. A-

Abhishek: Abhy seemed overwhelmed by the magnitude of the song. Plus, I 'd recommend all future contestants to not pick this song as Amey Date rendered it to perfection in the last season, and therefore no matter how well you 'll do, you'll always pale in comparison. But Abhy wasn't even at his A-game, in fact it was easily the worst vocal of the night. C

Puja: Unbelievable. She chose such a lame number last week and this week, she killed it with the song-selection and her performance was near-perfection. The Best. A

Amit: Udit really gets it right sometimes. Amit was horrible. He sang in tune granted, but he looked uncomfortable, he was looking upwards as if a teleprompter displayed the lyrics for him, his right arm was rigid, and the left one was frantic. I felt like generously escorting him off the stage because I have rarely seen someone believe so little in themselves. The only person who let down Amit was Amit himself, and he's the only one to blame. C-

Ankita: Granted last week Anu and Javedji went for the overkill with praise for Ankita. This week, I felt she was grossly underrated. Brilliant performance, outstanding song choice, such amazing singing, I felt like she honored the "Folk" music theme and she manages to reinforce her uniqueness so well because at the age of 17, she knows exactly who she is, which is something that evades even 40 year-olds. Udit is growing a pair and at least expressing his own opinion rather than agreeing with someone else's. I don't agree at all with his criticism but I am glad he at least voiced it. A

I think the bottom 3 will be Ankita, Deepa and Abhishek with Ankita leaving. I just hope her fans do well enough to save her. The thing is that in these Galas, 5 contestants got excellent reviews, two got Average-Good (Amit, Ankita) and one bad (Abhishek). The excellents and the bads trigger fanbases, the alrights and the goods just trigger indifference. So Ankita fans, Rally and vote for her y'all.
