Upen has pissed off Salman big time. Salman has been ignoring all his stupid antics & attitude on WKV till now. I still remember when Gauhar had come & given advice to Upen, Upen said thank you to her while Salman immediately pointed out that he had been saying the same thing to him every weekend but he thinks I am taking his case. So Upen had shown attitude to Salman & thanked Gauhar for the exact same advice both gave him! Am so glad that Salman told him off on the bhai part!

If he was calling him bhai from the begining then what salman did today would have been bad, but till today upen as addressed him as only 'salman' not with any suffix has sir also.
So I don't think salman was wrong!
