Karthi was downright stupid to hide the truth from Poo. I agree his intentions were noble and honorable initially. But when Poo overheard the nurses' conversation, Karthi and the Doctor should have managed Poo not convinced her otherwise. In a hospital setting, they could have placed her on suicide watch and given her counselling and once home, the jobless Karthi could accompany her 24/7 until she comes to terms with the tragedy. To completely convince her otherwise now and expect to tell her the truth later is pure stupidity. They got her hopes up again and now the second blow will be much, much harder and probably even fatal. It would serve Karthi right however she reacts to the news at that point of time. I said it before and I'll say it again, he should have let the family members know and once Poo overheard the nurses' talking, all of them could have consoled her. And the Doctor, how can they actually give her a dialogue like "You were right, she would die, thank God you asked me to lie, I'll keep it quiet until she leaves the hospital". So once Poo is discharged, this problem is no more hers or the hospitals? They wash their hands and let Karthi deal with it? How idiotic and unethical! And Poo sitting up and trying to stand after a major surgery was the height of idiocy. These are not the kind of flaws or bloopers that we have come to accept from a show the calibre and class of VR. I dread the route this track will now take and miss ONR more keenly than ever!!

Although I agree with Karthik that it is heartbreaking to be in this situation 😭 - but to the extent of persuading the doctor to lie (and she agreeing to it) 🤢

Expecting a bhoogambam to occur when Poo and her family comes to know of this 😭
