Great show, lost the plot at the end

I started watching this after the ending of Meri Bhabhi (which this show replaced) and was immediately attached. Thrilling plot, followed by excellent execution made this show one of the most entertaining on Indian television. Unfortunately, in the past few weeks, it was sped up too much. If they had taken a month more to end it, it would have been much better spaced out. Nonetheless, it is still a great show and I am very sad to see it end. Its replacement, "Tu Mera Hero" is more of a comedy show - one which I probably won't watch. So hopefully there will be another good show to watch at 8:00 PM.

Once again, sad to see such a great show end. I'll definitely be rewatching the whole show again.

I agree.

The show was promising to begin with. But its narrative got jerky. It either dragged too much or rushed too much. The potential of actors and characters got wasted IMO. It is not a good deal for them despite winning awards.

It dragged like anything in July-August-September. Then rushed and became hotch potch in last few weeks.

The new show is not even toe nail of EHT which was thrilling from its promos itself. Star Plus will regret interfering in the execution of EHT.

Yes, they were dragging it a little too much in the past few months, but it wasn't too bad. I assume they were told to end the show recently by Star Plus, and therefore had to rush a lot to finish the plot.

I also think that this wasn't too much about romance, but I had wished that they had been given more time and we got to see some of Dev's and Durga's relationship after the Goenka's get jailed.

For all the mess I would only blame Star Plus not EHT team... .

Their contract ended so abruptly giving very less time to execute it to perfection.

But still i liked it...And wish all the best to team...I think we should not criticize them for all the hard work and having viewers hooked to the show...

It was indeed a great show in terms of promise and premise, acting and actors, drama and emotional content!

The first 6 months of the show were so promising and exciting!

Loved all the thrilling interactions, the veiled threats and snide confrontations between the Thakurs and the Goenkas!

Alas, the CVs spoiled the whole thing, the show "jumped the shark" with the whole marriage track of Dev and Durga.

The drama dissipated, the thrill diminished into feline spats between Durga and Sakshi.

But the ending has been the worst! Rushed, illogical, unjust, unsatisfactory, dissapointing!

No real justice was done, the murdering, raping, destructive Goenka trio didnt get death sentence! None of them got killed, not even Shaurya who deserved to die!

I hope this PH never makes a thriller again!

Death is not, in my opinion, the ultimate form of punishment. Spending your life rotting in jail is much worse.

Will the Goenkas really spend their whole life rotting in jail?

Will they get a special jail fitted with all comforts of life like all the other influential criminals?

Will they manage to get out on parole or get their sentence reduced by appealing to a higher court?

As long as they are alive, they will be able to use the loopholes in the system with the help of their lawyers.

despite of all loopholes.. i liked this show..this was very different.. specially performances..all actors gave their best .. which i like the most..i have more positive point then negative ..

because of this show i restart to watching SP after too long.. otherwise i had left to watching SP after ECHPM .. so after 5-6 year this show brought me back..on SP...

really gonna miss this show.
