finally geet succeed in her mission

Part - 26

Geet keeps looking at Maan and Maan is getting nervous...

He doesn't want any more trouble...he always keeps doing something stupid when this stupid girl is around...he just want's to get rid of her...

Maan stares...Geet comes back to her senses...

She had been staring Maan all the while...

Maan: chabhi do'

Geet: chabhi?

Geet panics...she doesn't have the keys with her...

Maan: haan, jaldhi darwaza kolo

Geet: chabhi toh mere paas nahi hai

Maan: what? ye kya baktamizi hai?

Geet: woh meinne kidki se bahar fekh di

Maan: ye kaise mazak hai Geet?

Geet: mazak nahi sachi

Maan: kyaaa?

Geet: mujhe laga yahan kahin rakthi toh aap chabhi mujhse cheenthe, issiliye meinne bahar fekhdhi

Maan: Geeet

Geet: aap fikar mat karo, mein abhi chabhi wapas lathi hoon

Maan stares her...

Geet: nakul, chandu...halo, koi hai? chbhi lekhe aao, jaldhi'

But it's very late and the servants have gone to sleep...

Geet: koi nahi hai, ab kya hoga?

Geet panics...Geet toh ab Maan ke kamre mein kudh aake fusgayi...

Maan: mujhe kya patha? Mein toh sonewala hoon

So saying Maan goes to sleep...he lies down and pretends to sleep...

Geet keeps looking at him...

Maan opens his eyes and finds her standing right there...

Maan: ab kya raat bar aaise hi kadhe rahogi?

Geet nods her head negatively...

She can't speak, haina?

Maan: ye mera ghar hai aur ye meri room hai

Geet blinks, usko kuch kuch yaadh aatha, toh ye badla lena chahtha hai...

Maan: mein apne kamre mein apne bed mein sojaatha hoon aur tum

Geet stares him...she knows what's coming up...

Maan throws the pillows and sheet...

Geet catches them and goes and sleeps on the floor...

Maan: mere room mein couch haim tum chaho toh wahan so sakthi

Geet turns back and looks at him...

Maan shows the couch...

Geet: mujhe zameen pes one ki aadat hai, mein yahi sojaathi hoon

Maan: kya?

Geet: Amristar mein toh hum garmiyon mein chath pe aaise hi sothe

Maan: toh uss din tumne mujhe zameen pe sone ko kaha tha?

Geet: mein toh aapko saza dena chahathi thi, issiliye

Maan: what? tum ne MSK ko punish kiya hai?

Geet: aap purane bathon ko kabhi nahi bhoolthe ho, yahi aapki bahut badi kamzori hai

Maan thinks that she has a point...may be it's easier if you forget and forgive...

But Geet is telling about his Bro...

Maan keeps staring her...he has started thinking again...

Ye aaise hi sochthe rehtha toh kab sotha?

Geet: aap ko sona nahi? mujhe toh sona hai'

Geet covers her face and sleeps...

Maan: ye ladhki toh mujhe pagal kardegi, kardegi kya? issne toh mujhe pagal kar hi diya, warna MSK issko apne saath kyun lekhe aatha? Ab toh ye mere kamre tak aa gayi, patha nahi aage kya hoga?

Ab hona hai kya? sab kuch ho chukka hai...aap toh fasgaye Maan babu, ab aap bach nahi sakthe...ab yahi aapki zindagi hai...aap apna nafrat bhool jao aur pyaar karna seekhlo...kyunki Geet hi aapki future hai...

Next morning Maan wakes up earlier and finds Geet still sleeping...

She is now used to the bed so she has not slept well...

Maan keeps looking at her for a while and could only admire her innocent beauty...

Geet smiles in her sleep, she may be dreaming...

His anger vanishes whenever he sees her smiling face...

Maan feels light and is in a good mood...kash har subha ki shuruwad aaise hi hothi?

Maan doesn't want to disturb her and he also lies down and keeps thinking about Geet's entry into his life and finally thinks that may be it's in his fate, to meet this girl, he can never get rid of her though he wished and she keeps coming back to him always...

Even now Maan could easily send her to the hostel but something stops him, may be he himself doesn't want Geet to leave KM, leave dadi or leave him...no no...he is still denying it...but subconsciously he has started liking her and her presence brings him happiness...the only question is whether he is afraid of being happy or being loved again...

Maan takes his spare keys from his drawer and opens the door, he could have doen that last night itself, he forgot about the spare keys last night, or he deliberately made Geet stay back with him...

Whatever it is, MSK is falling for this girl, knowingly or unknowingly...

Maan goes to apologize for what he has done...Dadi is already in her pooja...

Maan waits for her to complete her pooja and for the first time since Vicky's demise Maan is not angry with god and his hatred for poojas and prayers has changed...

He patiently keeps watching Dadi perform the rituals and waits for her...

Dadi is also surprised by the unusual visitor at this hour of the morning...dadi finishes her pooja before Maan comes for breakfast...

But today Maan has come earlier and he is still in his night suit...what's the emergency?

Dadi hurriedly finishes her job as her mind is not involved in the prayers...

What's happening? Geet has not come for the pooja today...

Dadi is worried about Geet, is she not well?

Maan: gud morning dadima

Dadi looks at Maan and she hesitates as Maan is angry with her...

Dadi is looking for her favourite pothi Geet, ye Geet kahan hai?

Abhi tak kyun nahi aayi?

Maan: dadi

Dadi doesn't respond...she ignores Maan...

For the past few days it's only Geet who took care of dadi so well...

She stayed with dadi whenever she s at home...she tries to keep dadi cheerful and forget her worries for sometime...she makes sure dadi takes her food and medicine on time...

Though Dadi is upset and she is worried about Maan she doesn't show it to Geet for geet is already feeling guilty as she thinks that she is the one responsible for all this...

Dadi knows Maan very well and she has expected all this before itself...poor Geet, she is just helping dadi in her mission and she can't be responsilble for Maan's behavior...

Dadi is also angry with Maan...

Maan knows that he has hurt Dadi very badly...

Maan goes near dadi and tries to talk to her...

Maan: dadima mujhe patha hai ki aap mujhse babut naraaz ho, mein mantha hoon ki meinne galhti kiya hai, issiliye toh mein aapse maafi amngne aaya hoon

Dadi thinks that it's all Geet's kaam, how she has made Maan realize his mistake...

Dadi pretends not to hear him...this time she is not going to forgive him easily...

Maan knows that Dadi is acting...

Ye toh nakli gussa hai...

Maan has been much rude to her earlier and she has never got angry with him before...

May be she learnt this trick to blackmail him form that stupid Geet...usske dimag mein hi aaise bakwaas ideas aathe hai...

Maan thinks that it might be one of Geet's stupid ideas to torture him...ye ladhki mujhe mya samjthi hai? ab Dadi bhi ussko hi support karthe hai, Maan bilkul akhela ho gaya hai apna hi ghar mein...hare babaji, ye kya ho raha hai? meri dadi ek pagal ladhki ke liye mujhse hi naraaz ho gaye? It's impossible...Maan knows his dadi well...she can never hate Maan...it's all fake...

Lovely update..Maan is slowly slowly realising that he cannot keep Geet away from him.. Dadi is as usual dramebaaz..
