Unable to see captcha while creating Poll

I am having problem in opening Poll thread.

I am unable to see captcha while making Poll thread whereas can see it when making New Topic.

Is there some restriction for newbies for this too?

Also, it would be great if one can add poll to an existing thread.

P.S- I have diabled all my addons thats how i could see it when creating New topic but could not for Poll thread.

What capacha do you see??

there is no capacha for opening new topic or poll and yes I guess there is restriction on newbies for opening poll but you are a froupbie
