Naana asks krishna to do something b'coz all are asking him money..krishna asks naana not to worry & say he is there.
Gulab baadshah comes inside the house & asks naana money..he says if naana don't pay rs.1 lakh then he don't leave him..naana gets scared & cries.
Chintoo comes there & ask baadshah who is he & which money he is talking about..baadshah says, naana has to pay him 1 lakh & immediately naana & krishna says something else & naana asks chintoo to look after his works..chintoo goes from there..krishna says to baadshah, naana will surely pay his money & send him back.
Chintoo comes to his room & looks at dolly who is very angry..she silently shows sign & chintoo says, u don't like to talk to me..she goes from there & chintoo says to himself, one side naana is not giving money & other side she is angry with me.
Naana cries & asks krishna to do something & say, I have to pay salary to badelal, newspaper person, milk man& baadshah..krishna again says, he is there for him.
Chintoo & krishna meets, both teases at each other..chintoo says, let krishna do anything, but at the end, he always wins.
Badelal sits on the stone bench in the kitchen & cuts vegetable..he says to himself, naana is not paying my salary, what should I do now.
Chintoo comes to kitchen, looks at badelal & asks him to get down from the stone bench & ask why he is sad..badelal tries to tell him but chintoo asks him to dance like snake & explain about his problem.
Badelal dances like snake & say, naana is not paying my salary, if maalkin was there, she would have paid my salary 1 day earlier..chintoo says to himself, that means naana has not paid salary to badelal too, I have to find out the reason.
Chintoo asks naana, why he is very sad & say, he cant see his face like this, whoever faces the problems at home, only he is solving, so he should tell him & say, naana is like a friend to him.
Naana says, he has to pay 1 lakh & immediately krishna comes there & say to chintoo, naana spent money, he took money from me for exps., so he is worried b'coz he has to pay money to me & says to naana, that's ok naanaji, no hurry, u can pay me later.
Baadshah comes again along with his gang & takes out his gun..naana gets scared & starts to cry..krishna asks him not to do anything & say, he will issue cheque.
Krishna brings naana's cheque & writes 1 lakh on the cheque, takes naana's signature & issue cheque to baadshah & baadshah goes back with his gang..naana says to krishna, he issued cheque, but there is no balance in his bank a/c..krishna says, he will do something & asks him not to worry.
Naana says to himself, let badelal asks me salary, I will beat him..badelal comes there & say salary & naana says he will beat him & badelal runs from there.
News paper person, milk man every body comes but naana asks them to go back & say, he don't require anything now.
Baadshah make a call to naana on his mob & say, he is happy b'coz he got his 1 lakh & say, naana's jamai chintoo gave him the money..naana is shocked & becomes happy.
Badelal says to naana, chintoo jamai paid my salary..naana asks milk man & news paper person whether they got money..they both says, yes..naana asks milk & news paper & takes from them.
Naana says sorry to chintoo & say, u helped me now but how u got 1 lakh to pay..chintoo says to naana, he sold diamond ring b'coz nothing is bigger than naana's happiness & say, he could not see naana's problems.

naana says, jyotishi cut off the call & say, i will once again make a call & scold him & chintoo says, no need of it, u have already bashed him.
Chintoo says to naana, I could not take dolly to delhi but atleast arrange a party & naana says ok.
Naana speaks to krishna & say, chintoo solved my problems & saved me, now to make dolly happy, plz. arrange a party..krishna says ok even though he did not want to arrange.
Dolly comes home & say to herself why light is off..light on & chintoo comes there..dolly looks at the arrangements..chintoo says, he could not take her to delhi so he arranged a party for her.
She becomes happy & say, she misunderstood him..naana & krishna comes there..chintoo along with her cuts the cake..naana says, dolly beti this party is arranged by chintoo & krishna says yes & the epi. ends here.
Epi. is good..chintoo helped naana & saved from his problems..the way chintoo found out that naana has not paid salary to badelal, the scene when chintoo asked naana about his problems, chintoo-krishna teasing scene & the scene when chintoo said to naana, he could not see naana in problem hence he sold the diamond ring were all beautiful..naana acted good & sumit acted best in all these scenes.
