I'm going to try and give you the most logical (as per desi tv land standards) explanation I can come up with:

Samrat fit a camera in Anu's bathroom to record her showering. I'm assuming this camera was either bluetooth connected to his computer or was feeding into a computer outside ANu's home. That computer was most likely connected to a cloud server that Samrat could access from his home/any device connected to that cloud account.

That part wasn't as far fetched as what Ishaan did.

The part that I find absurd is Ishaan getting into Saroj's phone - yes he can get her call history but how is he retrieving past conversations? If he tapped her phone then he would be able to hear all calls from that point forward not before that - at least not to my technological understanding.

Samrat I believe did send the MMS to Urmi's mom to validate his threat. So by that measure yes Saroj's phone should have it. Court should have summoned both her and Samrat's phone to cross reference.

Samrat and his mother reached Urmi's parents house in Friday's episode, to congratulate them on the birth of their grandson (Gaurav's new baby). They brought gifts and sweets along. Then Samrat got up to go & meet Sasur ji upstairs (who's bed ridden after stroke). He went to Anu's bathroom instead and hid a camera there.
Later, he sent her recording from the camera to Urmi's mother's phone and started blackmailing her. Anu was shattered too, of course.. 🤢 🤢
