Ramesh is very successful film producer of films like race, race 2 n apkgk... Suneel darshan is also a famous producer/director, brother of dharmesh darshan (raja Hindustani, dhadkan, mela)

Karishma has acted in a Suneel Dharshan produced movie... Dosti which starred Akshay, Kareena, Bobby and Lara in the lead. She obviously knows him.
