As far as stars are concerned , it extends a bit further than just genes .. Salman has had hair transplant , steroids seem a bit obvious given his natural body shape & how he transformed into a buff being.. but even there , celebs have professional guidance , so that too makes a difference..

About Aishwarya , i was impressed by her recent pics but when i saw the video of her praising Ranbir , i felt like she too has had a lot of work done.. her face & lips looks way more tight now , it seems like it has been chiseled & pulled together somehow..not saying this to annoy Aish fans , just what i felt after watching the video..may be i am being too critical here but thats just how i felt after watching the video..given her post pregnancy shape , it is no less than a 'miracle' that she is looking the way she is now.. hard work is undeniable , she must have been sweating at the gym & on a strict diet .. but still the transformation is a bit too much to be 'all real'..

Quixotic, Salman and Aishwarya have definitely taken some personal CARE. Nothing wrong with that...and the unknown CARE is not the same as botox, cosmetic surgeries blah blah blah.

It's not a miracle, my mom is the same age of Aishwarya(an year older to be precise), my mom's face is sooo radiant, infact, much better than Aish, cos there's never any make-up! (not saying this because she's my mother.. she does turn around a lot of heads when we go out). Difference is, she has some junk in the trunk unlike Aish. 😛 Some women do glow at that age.. it's like their youthful GLOW achieves a plateau and begins to slowly decline after a certain age between 45-50.. This is the same with my mother's younger sister and her brother. Hope I made sense to you..? 😆 Think of all the middleaged women you've seen.

I know another one, she's a Punjabi and looks like she's in her late 20s.

It's very much real. Salman has had hair transpant, that's his head... otherwise he's pretty normal too. Looks kinda different becauseof that 'care' they take from expert dieticians, physical trainers etc.

What about Shilpa Shetty .. 🤔 .. errr, nevermind , she already had an unfortunate face to begin with , nothing can wreck it..

Kitty Kat as in Katrina had botox ?..😕.. stars and their professional 'helps' .. not sure about botox but her fish lips are undeniable.. looks good though.. 😊
