UPDATE 30 JULY: New plans

Armaan smiles wryly at Raj standing in the doorway. "Kya timing hai teri….aur koi waqt nahin mila aane ka?"

Raj grins at them both and enters the room without the slightest trace of apology. "Yeh meri nahin, Meghna ki timing hai…ladna hai toh usse lado!"

Jassi: Meghna?

Raj passes her his cellphone. "Abhi 2 minute pehle uski call aayi thi…aur usne kaha hai ki main tumhe uska message pahuncha dun, phir usse ring back karu."

Armaan: Kaisa message? Tu point ki baat nahin kar sakta?

Raj leans back on the sofa and smiles again. "Usne tumhari help ki….iske badle mei usse kuch chahiye."

Jassi: Of course….isme kya problem hai….wo jo chahegi hum denge!

Raj: (leaning forward) Achcha? Tum usse 3 din de sakte ho?

Armu gives him a puzzled look. Raj chuckles and explains, "Wo tum dono ko kahin bhejna chahti hai….which means ki tum log 3 din aur ghar se door rahoge….maine usse kaha bhi, ki Ashish aur Vedika tumhe miss kar rahe honge, toh usne kaha ki wo aur Angel unhe bahut aaraam se sambhaal rahe hai."

Jassi: (dismayed) 3 din aur? Lekin kyun? Aur kahan bhejna chahti hai wo hame?

Just then the phone rings. Meghna's number is being displayed on the screen.

Raj: Ab tum hi uss se pooch lo.

Jassi receives the call. Meghna sounds very excited at the other end. "Thank God, tum dono safe ho…..main roz tumhe protective vibes bhej rahi thi…..aur meri ring kaam aayi na?"

Jassi: Haan Meghna…..tumne sachmuch kamala kar diya….i don't know how to thank you…..

Armaan signals wildly to her not to say the last lines, but she doesn't seem to get it.

Meg: Jassi, tum mere liye ek kaam kar sakti ho….tumhare wahaan se Dharamshala, bahut paas hai….just a few hours….wahaan pe Dalai Lama ki monastery hai…mujhe wahaan ki special incense aur tea bahut dino se chahiye thi….lekin kabhi jaane ka chance hi nahin mila….tum dono please wahaan ja kar ye sab le aao na!

Jassi: (taken aback) Lekin Meghna….ghar pe sab…..aur bachche….

Meg: You don't worry about that Jassi…..wo dono mere aur Angel ke saath baut enjoy kar rahe hai…..hum unka achcha khayal rakh rahe hai….aur 3 hi din ki toh baat hai Jassi…waise bhi, Dharamshala bahut sundar jagah hai…..tum dono ke saath itna kuch ho gaya, tumhe bhi toh holiday ki zaroorat hai…..

Jassi: Meghna, I'll call you back….mujhe Armaan se baat karne do.

Meanwhile Raj jas already filled in Armaan on what is happening. JandA are confused. After a while Armu says, "Isme koi harj toh nahin hai….after all we owe her….lekin Jassi, I can understand…tumhe bachchon ki yaad aa rahi hai na?"

She nods silently. Raj says warmly, "I know Jassi…..tum bahut thak gayi h aur ghar jaana chahti ho….lekin Meghna ka idea sachmuch achcha hai….wahaan ja kar tum bilkul relax ho jaogi…..aur Gulmohur aur ghar ko dekhne ke liye hum sab hai na!"

She looks at Armaan, who nods gently. Quietly she says, "Theek hai……toh chalte hai Dharamshala!"

Oooooohhhhh la la, blyton, another 3 day honeymoon?!?!? 😈
