can someone tell me who is this female koyal? is she bad totally?

ok when megha was reveled abt the whole her dressing up as rimjhim she is told to go to her room and then after a while she comes down with a gun sayin to rimjhim that "i want to see u die the way u made me see my mom die" then avi yelled at her and draged her to her room and did his dad thing by yelling and so on and so fourht
so she runs away and gets in to a car accident and sweataz kids find her with good intentions then after they find out who she is that no good DURGA CHACHA fills their brains with crap they take megha to hospital and the doctor sayz " their no way she can live so we have to do plastic surgery" so they did and she became koyal and her head is filled with even more crap abt rimjhim and she hates her momz even more and will distroy her at any cost. huh i am tired ok so do u all understand what happened and who is koyal! 😃 🤢

I knew all along she's Megha, but how can she get plastic surgery? Her face was too burnt to get a surgery. 😕 And besides I thought it obvious that Koyal's Megha. 1. When they showed Meg in the hospital, Koyal said she was there with Meg, but they showed a guy doctor only. 2. Yashoda sensed that she's Meg. 3. The lamp was about to be extinguished when Koyal stepped in. 4. Before leaving, Koyal was talking about how she got so attached to this family, and they all fell it.
