A scene that made every girl out there wish for a husband like Raman this one was a true master piece. From exposing Parmeet by getting Sarika to confess the truth, to questioning the norms of the society where such men are left scot-free because they are sons' or sons-in-law' to apologizing to the Iyers for not speaking up the other day even when he knew Ishita wasn't wrong Raman was in his complete element in this scene where he supported his wife even when he knew the truth would wreck his sister's marriage.

Ishita screaming, howling and literally breaking down when she comes to know that her mother met with an accident is something that is easily acceptable but a similar or perhaps an even high reaction from Raman for his Amma was something that leaves you with goosebumps. The way he runs towards Mrs. Iyer calling out her name, asking her to open her eyes and telling that the woman was his Amma just leaves you numb and teary-eyed.

He promised to get justice for his Amma, but when time came he could not deliver simply because of the fact that it was his son at the other end. When Ishita leaves with Ruhi after saying Bas yahan sab kuch khatam ho gaya' the weight of those words weaken him. For Raman there was no right or wrong in this matter even when he knew better.
