If he is convicted, does anyone how many years will the punishment be? 😕

10 years if the new charges withstand. initially he was tried for neglegence driving for which it was 2 years only ...then the court seeing the severity of case changed it to culpable homicide not amounting to murder.. for that, it's10 years

He should've gone to jail when it happened. He would've been done by now.
