Had Anam not sent Arzoo to that sleazy place, she wouldn't had spent the night in jail, sahir wouldn't had developed any kind of feelings towards Arzoo. She was just an intern at the end of the day.

Had Anam not taunted Nausheen and Co, they wouldn't have decided to move back to Lucknow, Sahir wouldn't have stopped them from leaving, Arzoo wouldn't have gifted Sahir one of her creations.
Even now, Anam has provoked Farah to go and see Nausheen. I would bet anything that she will provoke Sarfaraz too to visit Nausheen. Farah would catch him and there would be a tamasha, and Sahir would come to know apne-aap that Sarfaraz is Arzoo's father.
And What sort of a character is he, going by history and Arzoo's statement in the jungle, things are not going to go very well with Sahir. One can even forecast on Sarfaraz's future in Saiyyara.
