Bade papa:riya arjun..ham sab ne decide kiya he ke tum logo ki shadi ki first anniversary pe ham log ek party karege..issi bahane arjun hamare sab relatives se bhi mil lega..

Riya look to arjun confusingly..but arjun nodded in yes..

Bade papa:fir ham kal ki party ki tayari suru karte he..mein abhi ko bhi bula leta hu..

(abhi is riya's bade papa n chachiji's son..younger than riya..studying in another city..)

Riya get happy to know abhi also coming..

Riya(in mind):par arjun sir ko parties pasand nahi..fir ye iss party ke liye ksie tayar ho gaye..??shayad mere family ka dil rakhne ke liye unhone ha bol diya..

Riya(to her family):par bade papa..party ki kya zarurat he..??ham ghar me hi celebrate karege..aur waise bhi arjun sir ko parties aur shor-shraba pasand nahi..

Bade papa:par beta..yahi toh accha bahana he..sabse milane ka..aur fir ham sirf close relatives ko hi invite karege..

Riya:par bade papa..

Arjun(cutting to her in mid):riya..i m ok with it..

Riya softly nodded..

Arjun:aap party arrange kijiye..muze koi problem nahi..

All smile..

 

At late night:-

riya sitting on bed..lost in thinking..while arjun is busy in checking mails on laptop..

riya(in mind):oh god..12:00 am hone me sirf 1 minute baki he..fir hamari marriage anniversary day start hoga..arjun sir ko wish karu..??woh gussa toh nahi honge na..??aur kaise wish karu...??simply unhe happy marriage anniversary bolu..??

riya's brain:toh kya ab kiss karke bolegi..??

riya(in mind):oh..shut up..sirf 10 seconds remain..wish karu..??ya na karu..??upss..12:00am..

riya(stammering):ar..arjun ..sir..

arjun(look to her):hmm..??

riya:woh..woh mein..

arjun(raised eyebrow irritedly):kya..?

riya(hurrily):kuch nahi..kuch bhi toh nahi..

saying this she immigiately pull blanket over her..

arjun shook his head in disbelief..

after sometime when he finished his working..he also lye on bed..n try to sleep..

 

Next Morning:-

Abhi enters in house..take aashirvad of elders..

Abhi(hurrily):where is my riya..??

Riya's chahiji:are woh so rahi he..lekin tum hamari baate thik se suno..

They told him about everything they come to know about arjun..

Abhi:its ok..ma(riya's chahiji)..agar riya usse pyar karti he..toh usake past se hame kya..?aur fir jab riya ko usake past se koi problem nahi toh hame kyo problem honi chahiye..?aur jab riya usake sath khush he toh yahi toh ham chahate he na..

All nodded..

Abhi:accha mein usase milake aata hu..

Riya's mom:are ruko abhi beta woh dono so rahe he..

Abhi(wink):then let me disturb their romance..

Riya's room:-

Here riya is sleeping peacefully putting her head on arjun's shoulder..her hands covering his waist tightly..

Abhi slowly enter in room...n saw them smile..

Suddenly he started laughing looking to them..

Arjun's sleep get disturb..n he shockingly looking to unknown person that to in his bedroom laughing like manic..

Arjun(looking to riya):riya..riya..

Riya slowly open her eyes..n saw arjun so close to her..he shyly move away..n found abhi smiling there..

She get very happy to see him..but she saw abhi is laughing like manic..

Riya(with fake anger):kya hua..?pagalapan ka daura pad gaya kya..?aise has kyo rahe ho..??

Abhi(trying to control):are kuch nahi..sorry..woh tum dono ko aise sote hue dekhkar muze kuch suza issliye..

Riya(hesitedly):kya..?socha tumne..?

abhi:tu usse aise pakad ke so rahi thi na jaise sherni ne bechare khargosh(rabbit)ko pakad ke rakha ho ke kahi woh usake changul se bhag na jaye..

riya feel embrassed..n hurrily get up from bed..while arjun is still looking somewhat irrited to saw abhi like this..

riya:shut up abhi..tumhari behen itane saal baad tumse mil rahi..is it way to welcome her..??muze ye puchne ke bajay ke mein kaise hu..tum meri tang khich rahe ho..??

abhi:kaisi ho matlab..??woh toh dikh hi raha he ke tu kaise he..?(wink)mast..as always..

riya shook her head in disbelief..run to him..n hug him tightly..

he too hug back her..

abhi(with teary eyes):meine tuze kitna miss kiya..tu soch bhi nahi sakti..life me ek ajeeb sa khalipan aa gaya tha..iss ghar me toh har jagah teri yaad aati thi..issiliye dusari city me transfer karwali meine..par kal jab ma ka phone aaya aur unhone tumhare bare me bataya aisa laga jaise mein sapna hi dekh raha hu..oh..i missed u so much..(saying this he broke hug n kiss her forehead)

riya also get emotional n tears rolled from her eyes..

abhi feel bad looking riya crying..so he decided to change her mood..

abhi(with naughty smrik on his lips):par yar ye bhagwan meri sun lega ye muze pata nahi tha..meine toh aise hi bol diya tha emotions me behkar ke meri riya ko wapas lauta do bhagawan..par usane toh sach me meri sun li ..aur tuze wapas bhej diya muze tang karne ke liye..

riya punch abhi fondly..

abhi(looking to ariya both):waise..ye tere ssath jis tarah se tha..mein ye toh samaz gaya ke tum dono ka rista kya he..(looking to arjun):par riya..iss bechare ka bhi toh thoda confusion dur kar do..ye pata nahi kya soch raha hoga mere bare me..ke mein kyon hu jot um dono ke bedroom me itne subah subah tum dono ka romance kharab karne aa gaya hu..?aur woh bhi usake wife se itana chipak chipak ke baate kar raha hu..

riya:shut up abhi..(looking to arjun)ye.abhi he..mera cousin brother..bade papa aur chachiji ka beta..(look to abhi)aur abhi..ye arjun sir he..

arjun get up from bed..n both abhi n arjun does handshake..

abhi:are haa..aur most important mein toh bhul hi gaya..tum logo ki first marriage anniversary he na..(he hug riya)happy marriage anniversary sweetheart..

riya(hug back him):thank u..

abhi broke hug..n wish arjun also..arjun too fomally said thanks to him..

 

abhi(wink to riya):waise tum dono ne toh ek dusare ko wish kar hi liya hoga..dont worry ab mein tum dono ko nahi puchuga ke kaise wish kiya..(he wink to arjun)I m sure kiss..actually may be more than that.

Riya(embrassed n yell):abhi..

Abhi:plz don't tell me ke tum dono ne abhi tak ek dusare ko wish nahi kiya..(he look to ariya..arjun just look to riya.n riya look to arjun)

Arjun(in mind):kal raat ko 12:00 baje riya muzse kuch kehna chah rahi thi..kya woh muze tabhi wish karna chahati thi..??oh..shit..aur mein pagal samaz hi nahi paya..

Abhi:ok..koi baat nahi I guess tum dono romance ke chakkar me wish karna bhul gaye honge..but not to worry..abhi wish karlo..

Arjun(looking to riya):happy anniversary..

Riya(looking to arjun with smile):aapko bhi..

Abhi(in dramatic way):hey bhgawan..uthale muze...plz..plz..ab der mat kar.uthale muze..

Riya:abhi..?

Abhi:is this way to wish happy marriage anniversary to each other.?u both r so unromantic..

Riya:abhi..now just shut up ok..

Abhi(in dramatic way):uff...meine ab tak suna tha..aaj dekh bhi liya ke police officers kitnae unromantic hote he.. plz bhagwan mein tuhme 101 nariyal (coconuts)chadauga..par..plz..meri shadi kisi police officer se mat hone dena..warna mere jaise romantic insaan ki life SIRF kiss karte karte hi  kat jayegi..

Riya(yell):abhi stop it..

She almost push him from room..n close door..

She take sigh of relief..n then found arjun looking to her with wired expression..

Riya:oh..sorry..woh abhi he na..usse zara mazak karne ki aadat he..aur woh thoda sa.. nahi actually kuch jyada hi dramatic he..

Arjun(mutter):woh toh hoga hi..tumhara bhai jo he..

Saying this he left for washroom leaving riya with  mouth open in o' shape..

Riya(with fake anger):what he means..??mein dramatic hu..??huh..

After sometime..

Riya is in her mother's room..

Riya's mom:uff riya..party hone wali he..toh tuze kuch accha sa patry ware pehanana hoga..aakhir tumhari shadi ke anniversary ki hi toh party he..

Riya:par..mom..meine bola na..mein kuch jyada saman nahi layi hu apne sath..,

Riya's mom:toh thik he..tu aur arjun jake shopping karke aa..

Riya(shoked):kya..?shopping..??mein aur arjun sir..??

Abhi:are isame itana shock hone ki zarurat kya he..??tera hi pati he..usaki jeb(wallet)thodi khali kar..waise shakal se tera pati muze kanjoos toh nahi lagta..

Riya:abhiii..

Riya's chachi(pull abhi's ear):sharam he abhi tuzme kuch..tumhari behen itne salo baad ghar aayi he..maut ke muh se bahar aayi he..usaki shadi ke baad pehali baar woh hamare ghar yani usake mayake aayi he..aur tu apne jijaji se shopping karwayega..??bhai he tu usaka..tera kuch ferz he ya nahi..?

Abhi:maa..pehale mera kaan(ear)toh chodo..

Riya's chachi:mein kuch sunana nahi chahati..tu arjun aur riya ko shopping pe leke jayega..

Abhi:ha baba ha leke jauga..ab toh mera kaan chodo..

Riya's chachi:hmm..ye hui na baat..

Saying this she leave abhi's ear..

Abhi(rubbing his ear,said to riya):chal..bol tere hubby ko..ham log shopping pe jaa rahe he..

Riya come to her room thinking will arjun come with them or not.

Riya:woh..arjun sir.?

Arjun:hmm..?

Riya:woh..abhi..aur mein shopping pe jaa rahe he..??aap chalege..(arjun raised his eyebrow hearing this..riya hesitedly speak then)woh..raat ki party ke liye aapko bhi kuch shopping karni hogi na..??i mean.

Arjun:ok..

Riya(shocked):what..??

Arjun:ok..mein aata hu 5 minutes me ready hoke.

Riya get more shocked as she don't expect that he will come with them.

 

At shopping mall..

From almost 2 hours..riya is trying to select sari for herself..n arjun is also trying to get suit for himself..

Both are shopping in two different sections lonely..n here "abhi"is getting bore in between them..

Abhi:hey bhagwan..ye kya tarika he husband n wife ka shopping karne ka..woh bhi apne wedding anniversary ki..??(he drag riya n arjun n make them stand infront of him)hey bhgawan plz.plz..muze kisi police wali se shadi mat karwana..

Riya(irritedly):bhgawan ab tum meri pray suno..abhi ki shadi kisi police officer ladki se hi karwana..

Abhi(yell in dramatic way):nahhhiii...bhagwan plz isaki wish decline kardo..plz..

All others customers in shop look them wiredly..

Riya:r u out of ur mind..abhi..??

Abhi:r u both out of ur mind..??are  kab se shopping kar rahe ho woh bhi akele akele..??kaise husband na wife ho yaar..??i cant believe koi pati -patni aise shopping kar sakte he woh bhi unke wedding anniversary ki..

Arjun n riya both look each other..

Riya:abhi..tum meri baat suno..

Abhi(cutting her in mid):tum dono meri baat suno..ab riya tum arjun ke liye dress select karo..aur arjun tum riya ke liye sari select karo..go..fast..

Arjun n riya first look to abhi n then to each other in disbelief..

Abhi:plz..ab ye look mat do..jaldi se shopping karo..

Arjun leave to sari section..riya keep looking to him in shock..

Abhi(looking riya):ab tu aise kyo dekh rahi he..ja na..

Abhi almost push riya to men's section..

Here arjun started looking sari's..

Arjun:dam it..sari leni he woh bhi riya ke liye..shit..muze toh riya ka favourite color bhi yaad nahi..try to remember arjun..(suddenly)ha usaki woh red color clip..means she like red colour..(but the he remember their pen incident)no..no..pink colour pen..means she like pink..

He started looking for pink colour sari..

Arjun(in mind):but meine usako kabhi pink colour ke dress me nahi dekha..dam meine toh hamesha usse casuals me hi dekha he..ha woh calki devi ke case me pink colour ka lehanga pehana thi..aur aise toh woh..(he remember their first meeting)white colour,kabhi blue,kabhi dark pink,kabhi..

He is getting more confused..his chain of thoughts get broke by abhi's voice..

Abhi:getting confused jijaji..??

Arjun raised eyebrow..

Abhi(smile):aap confused ho rahe he kyo ki tum soch rahe ho ke riya ko kya pasand aayega..??but my dear jijaji..jaha tak mein apni behen ko janta hu usse woh pasand aayega jo aapko apni pasand se usake liye lenge..

Saying this abhi leave..

Arjun smrik little..n chooses this sari for riya..

 

riya:arjun sir toh hamesha different colours ki shirts pehanate he..aur woh kalki devi case me unhone black colour ki 3 piece suit pehani thi..toh unke liye kuch different select karti hu..

she select this one for arjun..

arjun:I will like which u select for me..

arjun n riya paid bill for each other..

abhi:gr8..ho gayi shopping..chalo mein bill pay kar deta hu..

arjun:its ok abhi hamne bill pay kar diya he..

abhi:kyo..?are tum dono ko shopping pe mein leke aaya tha..bill mein pay karne wala tha..

arjun:its ok abhi..hamari wedding anniversary he..toh shopping bhi ham dono ko hi karni chahiye..he na riya..?

riya just keep looking him without blinking eyes..n abhi just smile..

all come back to home

at night:-

everyone gets ready for party..

riya had ware the sari arjun chooses for her..she was feeling haapy..she is checking herself in mirror happily..

arjun come out from washroom wearing his suit..he was looking dam handsome in that..

both keep looking to each other for some seconds..

riya:I know arjun sir..aapke liye ye drama karna bahot mushkil ho raha he..par..

arjun:riya..ye drama hame karna hi nahi padta agar mein khud ko tumhara husband introduce nahi karta..par meine kiya..kyo ki tumhari family jo tumse itana pyar karti he..unhe ye janane ka haq he ke unki beti ne shadi ki he..aur mere khud ko tumhara husband introduce karne ke piche ek aur wajah he..

riya:kaise wajah..?

arjun:unhe tumhari shadi hui he ye pata hoga..aur jab hamara divorce hoga tab muze yakin he ke tumhari family tumhe zarur support karegi..bas issiliye..

riya's eyes get teary..

arjun saw her tears..

he come closer to her..

arjun:happy wedding anniversary riya..our first anniversary..n may be last one..

saying this he softly kiss on her forehead..at the same time tears rolled down from riya's eyes..

iss dared dil ki sifarish

karde koi zara..

mil jaye isse woh barish..

jo bhiga de..puri tarah..

at next moment arjun leave from room..

riya wipe her tears..make herself to smile fakely..n come to party..

 

here in party abhi..n all other family member introducing arjun with their relatives..

arjun too meeting with them n trying to talk casually.

Riya's father(telling to one of relative):ha..wiase ladka accha he..par baat sirf itani he ke usaki dusari shadi he..usaki pehali wife mar chuki he..

Riya hear this n get angry..but she somehow control herself..

After sometime..

Riya's father(to another relative):hmm..muze nahi lagat ke usaki kamai monthly 10,000 or 12,000 bhi hogi ya nahi..

Riya now boiling hearing this..

Ariya cut the cake..everyone claps for them..n wish them..

After sometime..

Riya's father(to one of riya's aunty):ha..ha..tumne jo rista riya ke liye bataya tha..woh iss ladke se kayi gunah jyada accha tha..ye toh amir baap ki aulad hote hue bhi ghar aur daulat chod di he..ab toh job bhi chod di he..pata nahi usaki kamayi me ghar kaise chalata he..?aur toh aur riya usaki dusari biwi he..

Now riya could not control herself..

She march towards her father..but abhi stop her..

Abhi:kya kar rahi he riya..?

Riya(angrily):tumne suna..??papa arjun sir ke bare me sabke samne kaise kasie baate kar rahe he..?kya zarurat he logo ko ye sab batane ki..??

Abhi:riya...plz..abhi party me kuch mat kaho.dont create scene here..ham uncle(riya's father)se baad me baat karege..

Arjun(heared riya n abhi's conversation):riya..abhi blcul thik keh raha he..

Riya:arjun sir..?

Arjun:hmm..abhi bilcul sahi keh raha he..aur tumhare papa bhi toh kuch galat nahi keh rahe..woh job hi mere barre me bol rahe he sach hi toh bol rahe he..

Riya(angrily):bhale hi woh sach bol rahe ho..par woh usse galat tarike se..aur galat wajah ke liye bol rhe he..aur mein ye bardast nahi karugi..i will give him answer..

Riya's father hear this conversation..

Riya's father(angrily):u will give me answer..?

Riya(in determine tone):yes..i will..

Riya's father:I want to see..ke tum apne iss husband ko kaise defend karti ho..i want to see..

Riya:u will papa..

Saying this riya leave from there..

The three men(arjun,abhi,riya's father)get puzzled what riya is going to do..

Then they hear someone's voice on mike..its none other than riya..

Riya(speaking on mike):hello..eveyone..thanks for coming to this party to wish me n arjun..sach me aapke aashirwad aur best wishes hamare liye bahot mayne rakhte he..aap sab log muze bahot acchese jante he..kayi log toh muze mere bachpan se jante he..par aaplog arjun ko nahi jante..pehali baar unse mil rahe he..so let me introduce u to my husband..Mr.Arjun Suryakant Rawte..

She pause(she is calling arjun by his name as no one could take doubt about their relationship)

Now the light focus is on arjun who is standing in mid of party..

Riya(she is on stage,again started speaking):aaj ka din mere liye bahot hi khas he..kyo ki aaj hi hamari shadi hui..(looking to arjun)muze aap mile..mera pyar mila..(looking to all..n then look to arjun)mein aap sabse hi nahi balki arjun..aapse bhi aaj kuch kehna chachti hu..jo meine aapse pehale kabhi nahi kaha..(all guests in party looking to her eagerly)muze koi farak nahi padta arjun aapke past se..nahi muze iss baat se farak padta he ke mein aapki dusari biwi hu..kyo ki mere liye aap hi mera pehala aur aakhri pyar he..aapki wife roshni ki maut ke baad aapke liye bahot mushkil tha..dusari shadi karna..par fir bhi aapne muze mauka diya..muze apni zindagi me shamil kiya..thank u so much for it..thank u so much arjun..mere liye aapka sath hi kafi he..muze aapke past se koi lena dena nahi..

Riya(continue):muze iss baat se bhi koi farak nahi padta ke aaj aap ACP nahi he..aap police force me nahi he..mein khush hu kyo ki aap apne detective agency ke sath kaam karke khush he..paise ya status inn sab se muze koi farak nahi padta he arjun..jaha aap he woh chota sa ghar bhi mere liye mehel(palace)he..wahi mera swarg(heven)he..aur jaha aap nahi woh mehel(palace)(she look to her big home)bhi mere liye narak(hell)he..paise ki kami muze life me kabhi nahi thi..n I know aap kabhi muze woh kami mehsoos bhi nahi hone denge..mere life agar kisi cheez ki kami thi toh woh thi (looking to her father)pyar..(then look to arjun)aur pyar..pyar kya hota he ye meine aapse hi sikha he..mein aapse bahot pyar karti hu..aap jaise he waise hi karti hu..uss waqt bhi karti thi jab muze pata chala tha aapke past ke bare me..aaj bhi karti hu..aur hamesha karti rahugi..my love will never ever change for u..

She stop..everyone is in party just keep staring to her..

Abhi(yell):wooo...bravo my sis...ye hui na baat..

Saying this abhi started clapping happily..n at next second the whole party(except riya's father n arjun)join him..

Everyone clap for her n arjun happily..

In the loud noise of clapping n cheering,praising,they hear a soft voice again,

Soon the noise stop n everyone concentrate on stage..where riya has started singing..

 

Tera Saath hai toh, muje kya kami hai

Andhero se bhi, Mil rahi roshni hai.

Kuch bhi nahi hai toh, koi gam nahi hai

Hai ek bebasi, band gai chandani hai.

Bhahi Ja rahi, Yeh samay ki nadi hai

Isse  par kar ne ki aasha jagi hai.

 

(she come down from stage n walked to arjun)

Har ek Mushkil, saral lag rahi hai

Muje zopadi(hut) bhi mahal(palace) lag rahi hai

 

(stand in front of him,n looking into his eyes)

 

In aakho mai mana, Nami hi Nami hai

Magar is Nami par hi Duniya thami hai

 

(riya was again walking towards stage,but suddenly her hurt leg get twisted n she was about to fall..but arjun help her n hold her..both share a cute eyelock..arjun's hands rested on her waist,while riya has clunched arjun's shirt tightly by her one hand..n in another hand she is holding mike..)

(riya continue singing..while ariya in same position,looking in each other's eyes)

Mere sath tum Muskura ke Dekho

Udasi ka badal, hata k to dekho

Kabhi hai yae Aasu, Kabhi yae hasi hai

Mere Humsafar, Bas yahi zindagi ha

 

Tera Saath hai toh, muje kya kami hai

Riya stop singing..n once again the whole party hall started clapping n cheering them..

Both ariya come out from their trace..riya moved little away from arjun shyly..but still remain stand close to him..

Abhi come to them..n hug them happily..

Riya's mom,her bade papa,n her chachiji also more happy to see ariya's bond..

Everyone in party leave after praising ariya's Jodi..

After finishing party everyone retaire to their rooms..
