Abhi is insisting Pragya to marry Suresh, so that she is taken care of in the future. He really cares for her but is yet to realize the fact that he has already started loving her.

Or may be he don't want his Daadi to question him about Tanu and his rishtha, so he wants Pragya to settle first in marital relationship, so that he can marry Tanu freely.

Or he wanted to hear the truth from Pragya that she has no feelings for Suresh and she has accepted her marriage as real and care only for that. It is either Abhi or no one for her in future.
