^^^^^Even in Europe or US for Eg American idol they dont go this extent and say things they dont interfere with the contestants personal matter . And speculating that deepali has a crush on national TV is really heights !

Alisha that "KEEP YOUR OPNION TO YOURSELF"
she is also a judge, and
Anu is allowed to give his opinion
but Alisha's not???

You are absolutly right. Making such Comments will affect their reputation during and after the contest. Like what Mini Mathur said Anu Malik is running under the risk that this will affect the way people vote for them.

Alisha is also right in most of her opinions. Once Anu told Chang that don't listen to anybody, don't listen to the claps, listen only to me (Anu). If that is the case then what are the rest of the judges sitting there for?

All judges have their own opinion, why question it?

Alisha is quite right if she says something against Anu Malik's behaviour.

No Offence to anyone..... It is just my opinion.

Someone- either the contestant (Deepali) or a judge should have objected to Anu Malik's behaviour. He has no right to say things like this..

He previously commented on Prashant's smoking. What if the family of this guy is not able to take it lightly..He would have really tough time with his family ...convincing them in some way..if they don't already know..

For Deepali, it was absolutely disgusting what he said. As many have already mentioned here, not every family is able to take such things lightly..After all she has to go back to her colony her city where guys will make comments in front of her as well as her back..And her parents even when they know its all cheap publicity gimmicks by Sony, will have to listen to crap from some well wishers...

But I think the contestant himself or herself must face him bravely and walk-out if he doesn't apologize..

The contestant has to prioritize what is important, his/her self esteem or Indian Idol..

Alisha did the right thing. I admire her for standing up to Anu Malik. Udit Narayan just kept quiet as he was more scared about not getting work from Anu Malik. I don't understand what is wrong with Javed Akhtar, for him whatever Anu Malik says is right, I thought he had a mind of his own. I wish Sonu and Farah were still the judges as I never once remember anyone commenting on the contestants personal life.

anu malik is absolutely ridiculous and arrogant. alisha was right, deepali and most of them are from small towns. they are not used to such gossip and hits on their reputation as bollywood actors are accustomed to.

I also find this surprising in Javed Akhtar's case...I don't understand why he blindly supports Anu Malik. Initially he was not like this..He voiced his opinion candidly and disagreed with Anu wherever required..But now he is buttering Anu Malik so much..
